Nowadays,the world is experiencing a great change that has never happened in a century.A new round of scientific and technological innovation and industrial revolution are reshaping the world.The contrast between international forces is more and more in-depth.Under the background of the era with peace and development as the theme,the concept of the community of human destiny is becoming more and more important.Under the wave of globalization,all countries are facing various new contradictions and challenges.Today,innovation and development has entered the deep water area,new problems are emerging all the time.For education,in the increasingly complex international environment,the talents we cultivate in the new era should be forward-looking,have the awareness and ability of lifelong learning,be able to enhance their awareness of opportunities and risks,be good at breeding opportunities in crisis,opening up new situations in changing situations,seize the opportunities given by the times,cope with challenges,seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,and forge ahead.As a country with a strong sense of crisis,Japan has made corresponding adjustments in education,vigorously advocated the importance of "survival ability" and "three elements of academic ability" in the whole life,and effectively carried out the integration reform of "articulation between high school and university",so as to implement the cultivation of three elements of academic ability into the whole learning system.By using the methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis,this paper makes a systematic study on the reform of " articulation between high school and university " in Japan.First of all,the paper analyzes the reasons for Japan's reform from two aspects of social and educational background.Secondly,the paper analyzes the reform of high school education,which is mainly reflected in high school education curriculum,teaching methods,teachers' quality,teachers' related laws and the evaluation of high school education quality.Then,the paper combs the aspects of the reform of college entrance examination.According to the different nature of the examination,it makes a comparative analysis of the common entrance examination and the individual entrance examination.It is found that the reform mainly focuses on the narrative questions and the evaluation of the four English skills.The typical AO entrance examination is also improved for its lack of academic ability.Then,the paper also analyzes the reform of university education,which is mainly reflected in three aspects: the consistent three policies from import to export,the improvement of the certification and evaluation system,and the first year of university education.Finally,the paper summarizes the characteristics and challenges of the integration reform of "articulation between high school and university " in Japan,reflects on the current situation of articulation between high school and university in China,and puts forward three enlightenments: constantly adjust the value orientation of school education;break the barriers of curriculum and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality;flexible use of various university entrance selection methods...
