In Japan, "Learning ability" as a term appeared in the 1950s, understandings and ideas on "Learning ability"'s concept is "Learning ability perspective".Different ideas and debates about "Learning ability perspective" appeared in the 1950s too. From then on,as people have different ideas about knowledge, skills, abilities that adolescents should obtain, ideas about " Learning ability " are different, "Learning ability perspective" are varied too. Generally speaking,"Learning ability perspective" was called "Traditional learning ability perspective" before1990s,after that the expression " New Learning ability Perspective",'Viability","Actual learning ability "appeared.The evolution of "Learning ability" in Japan has a close relationship with the curriculum reform of basic education. The appearance of some "Learning ability"or mainly ideas about it has an effect on guideline,aims and measures of the curriculum reform of basic education. Evaluation and reflection about the last round of curriculum reform of basic education courses are the course of " New Learning ability Perspective"'s arguments,it also leads to " New Learning ability Perspective". Therefore, it has great theoretical value and practical significance to study the evolution of Japanese Learning ability and its impact.This thesis is mainly about the relationship between "Learning ability Perspective" in Japan and the curriculum reform of basic education.It discusses the effects on curriculum reform of basic education of Japanese traditional Learning ability from the beginning of 1950s to the end of 1980s.It also discusses the effects on every curriculum reform of basic education of " New Learning ability Perspective".It analyzes the impacts on" New Learning ability Perspective" about basic education curriculum objectives, curriculum, course content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.This analysis can help us have a good understanding based on experiences of Japanese curriculum reform of basic education about China's curriculum reform of basic education and its core ideas.There are four parts in this thesis:Partâ… :Exploration about the essences of Japanese Learning ability" and"Learning ability Perspective".It introduces the theory of Learning ability and development processes of Learning ability Perspective. It also states the relationship of learning ability Perspective and Japanese curriculum reform of elementary education.Partâ…¡:Introductions about the development processes of traditional Learning ability Perspective,and the explorations about the relationships between this perspective and three guidelines(revised in 1958,1968,1977).We can conclude that the debates on "Strict Learning ability"and "Generalized Learning ability" have an effect on these three guidelines.Partâ…¢:Analysis the appearance and its developments in detial.And deep explorations about the relationship between this development and guidelines that was revised in1989,1998 and 2008. "New Learning ability Perspective" appeared at the beginning of 1990s,it is a distinction that divides the traditional phase and the new phase of Learning ability Perspective.The appearance and development of New Learning ability Perspective has an important effect on Japanese curriculum reform of elementary education.Partâ…£:Deep Analysis about the relationship between New Learning ability Perspective and Japanese curriculum reform of elementary education.We can conclude:New Learning ability Perspective has a far-reaching effect on the curriculum targets,curriculum arrangements,curriculum contents,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of Japanese elementary education.
