The increase of children's educational problems reminds us that it is no time to delay to construct the educational integration of school, family and society. But what we have done is far from the developed countries in the world. The methods and ways of communication and cooperation of school , family and society are varied in America and Japan. Study and use for reference about aboard makes a significance for us. I focus on PTA as a typical organization of Japan to finish my dissertation.The dissertation starts with the background of PTA after World War II , to disclose the thought and academic foundation of Japanese PTA's development and existing , then it researches the development course of PTA, to describe the whole frame, on the basic of the above, it deeply probes into PTA's organization structures, running mode and effects from different lays such as from static state to moving state, from macroscopical aspects as well as microcosmic aspects . At last, on the basic of analyzing the present relationship of school, family and society, it points out the viewpoints of the "children educational socialization", so as to take it for references to construct the lifelong learning society and the integration of family, society and school in our country.
