Driven by relevant national policies,the concept of national comprehensive quality education has gradually deepened.Parents are aware of the importance of letting children develop in an all-round way.In order to broaden their horizons and increase their knowledge,as much as possible to enrich their travel experience and provide them with The opportunity to travel abroad.The demand for the tourism market has been released,and “tourism + education” is gradually being upgraded to“civilization + education”.Studying travel as a new form of social practice is an important way to build a comprehensive training system and implement the fundamental task of establishing virtue.However,at present,many young parents report to the children to participate in the study tour activities for their children.The phenomenon of “learn only but not tour” and “only tour but not study” exist to varying degrees;in addition,the study tour leader is mainly primary and secondary school teachers and tour guides.Because of the difference in professional ability between the two,primary and secondary school teachers are limited by single-education skills,do not understand outdoor knowledge,and lack experience in food,housing,and transportation;while tour guides often serve adult teams,they have limited psychological mastery of primary and middle school students,and education is not as good Primary and secondary school teachers,both of which are difficult to play a role in research trips.Based on this,the research and travel industry urgently needs to train research instructors against occupational grade standards.Career competence is used as a standard to measure whether an individual is qualified for a certain profession.Improving the quality of research travel should begin with the cultivation of the professional ability of research instructors.This article will be guided by professional ability,and conduct in-depth research on the cultivation of research tutors from the theoretical and empirical aspects,with a view to providing a reference for the development of the research travel industry.First,in order to prevent the blindness of research,this article uses the literature analysis method to organize and analyze the relevant research on the professional ability of tour guides,research trips and talent training models at home and abroad,and initially summarizes the professional ability of tour guides;second,refer to the research instructor The work instruction manual summarizes the corresponding professional competence characteristics and clarifies the position requirements of the research instructor;then,the behavioral interview is used to improve the composition of the research instructor's professional ability;again,the questionnaire surveymethod is used to study the research instructor,the research instructor manager and participate in the research The traveling students conducted a comprehensive evaluation,and finally constructed a mentorship model of 22 instructors in three dimensions including vocational knowledge,vocational skills and vocational quality.Finally,the chromatographic analysis method is used to evaluate the model.By calculating the weight of each vocational ability index,the vocational ability system of the research instructor is established.The results show that: student psychological knowledge,time management ability,circumvention ability,physical quality,reflection and self-evaluation Is more important.On the basis of empirical research,the author combines the research instructor's professional ability model and the relative weights of various indicators in the model,and proposes a path for the research instructor to train at the macro and micro levels.Among them,the macro level distinguishes the professional ability from the main and the research instructor.Cultivation goals are developed to promote the professionalization of research instructors and talents.At the micro level,based on the importance-the plasticity matrix proposes four paths for the implementation of tourism professional colleges:analysis of cases,centralized discussion;theoretical learning,regular assessment;Experts answer questions and share experience;school-enterprise cooperation,internship.Finally,it is expected that all walks of life in the society will pay more attention to research travel.While standardizing industry standards,it will attach importance to the research work of research instructors to promote the orderly development of research travel.
