Based on the teaching situation and from the bottom-up dynamic perspective,it is a research perspective based on the practical logic to investigate the novice teachers’ ethics.The moral sensitivity of teachers with individual difference and situational characteristics is consistent with this.At the same time,teachers’ moral sensitivity is also the dynamic and visual manifestation of teachers’ moral accomplishment.Therefore,paying attention to and studying teachers’ moral sensitivity is undoubtedly one of the important ways to pay attention to the reality and to see through the status quo of teachers’ moral ethics in teachers’ daily teaching practice.In this sense,it is particularly important to study the connotation,changes and improvement strategies of teachers’ moral sensitivity.Drawing on the existing research results,this paper chooses a novice teacher in a rural middle school--Fanxing as the research object,and fully integrates the perspective of others to collect narrative materials.To accomplish the following work:First;Analyze the changing process of Fanxing teachers’ moral sensitivity;Secondly;Focusing on the three years’ teaching experience of Fanxing teachers,the paper further reveals the internal tradeoff process behind the change of Fanxing teachers’ moral sensitivity by taking the four main states of balance,conflict,resistance and patience presented in the process of moral cognition and emotional experience,as well as the process of personal and moral competition between different forces as the starting point.The research finds that individuals gradually erase the moral consideration of self-teaching behavior under the strong influence of reality and self-interest.Moral "passivation" is the main situation of the change of teachers’ moral sensitivity.It shows that individuals are not completely unaware of the moral implications of their own teaching behaviors.Sometimes,even if they are aware of the moral implications behind their own teaching behaviors,they still show indifference.In terms of emotional outpouring,individuals express their unwillingness,dislike,self-protection and neglect due to their inability to change.The research holds that too much negative emotional experience is the key to the "passivation" of teachers’ morality.The moral atmosphere of the school is an important factor that affects the moral passivation of teachers.Based on the current situation of the teachers,the paper proposes that the practical solutions for her are as follows: constructing explicit ethical knowledge to cope with the empirical moral uncertainty;Relying on regular and timely self-moral narrative to rebuild moral feelings.
