Currently,the teachers’ teaching moral is becoming one of important research object of teachers’ professional development research.The development of teachers’ teaching moral have an important influence on students’ development,school development and education reform.So,for those scholars who are interested in teachers’ teaching moral hope to have a comprehensive understanding and proposing valuable suggestions of teachers’ teaching moral improvement should be their common pursuit.Based on the above background,on the one hand,this study from the perspective of the teacher’s perception of teaching moral purpose,tried to analyze the cognition of teacher to teaching moral status and cognitive characteristics.On the other hand,this research is based on "consequentialism" and "non consequentialism" analysis of novice teachers’ moral behavior choice characteristics,influence factors and dilemma during their teaching practice.Through the analysis of data collected by field observation and interviews with novice teachers,this study yields results that are presented in the following paragraphs.In the first place,this research has unearthed the features of novice teachers’ perspective of teaching moral purpose.Firstly,novice teachers think teaching moral is teachers’ professional ethics.Next,novice teachers think teaching moral is "moral education".Lastly,novice teachers think teaching moral is "moral relationship".Secondly,guided by the theory of "consequentialism" and "non consequentialism",this stduy illustrates that the characteristics of novice teachers’ choice of moral behavior in teaching practice,and sometimes,the choice dilemma is existing in the choice.Thirdly,after clarifying the factors that influence novice teachers’ choice of moral behavior and analysis of the existing literature,factors such as the experienced teachers’ experience,leadership style of school leaders,novice teachers’ personal teaching reflection,teachers’ early experience and teacher education experience will influence the development of novice teachers’ teaching moral.Finally,by basing its analysis on literatures and the findings of this study,it can provides some promotion strategies of teachers’ teaching moral.Firstly,a teacher should become the subject of reflection,novice teachers should train their reflection ability.Secondly,the school atmosphere and moral leadership are very important for the promotion of teachers’ teaching moral,the school should be a learning community which meet codes of ethics.Thirdly,the cooperation and support from colleagues and managers’ is the core element that can influence teachers’ teaching moral notion and the ability.
