| The "Shuang Jian" policy,which clearly stipulates that sports can be trained out-of-school,clarify the relationship between the core roles in badminton training coaches,parents,students is particularly urgent,for badminton training coach,student mobility,low status of the coach,low parental satisfaction,lack of student perseverance,the delicate triangle relationship.This paper used literature,participant observation,interviews,questionnaires,regression analysis and other methods to investigate and study the current situation of the relationship between coaches,parents and students in badminton training,the reasons for conflicts and expectations,so as to put forward optimization recommendations to reduce and avoid conflicts and contradictions,so that students can get a better sports experience in badminton training,improve students’ interest in sports,and develop good habits of lifelong physical exercise.The main contents of the study are the roles of badminton coaches,parents and students,the current status of the relationship,the main reasons for conflicts among the triangle,and the role expectations of the triangle.The conclusions drawn from the research analysis of this paper are as follows:(1)The basic situation of coaches,parents and students in out-of-school badminton training in Chongqing:coaches are poorly professional,mobile and young;parents are older and more female than male;students are mostly aged 5-12 years old,and the difference between male and female ratio is not obvious.(2)Chongqing badminton training in the coach,parents,students on their own role is not clear,parents and coaches role misalignment,lack of respect and trust,the role of the coach less power,the physical quality of students to be further strengthened,the lack of perseverance in continuous training.(3)The current situation of the relationship between coaches,parents and students in the out-of-school badminton training in Chongqing:about 30% of coaches,parents and students have contradictions and conflicts during training,mainly in two aspects of emotional conflict and verbal conflict.(4)Based on the three major components of interpersonal conflict,the main reasons for the contradiction and conflict among coaches,parents and students in the training of out-of-school badminton in Chongqing are as follows.(1)Cognitive disagreement factor: the degree of love for badminton,and the triangle learning goals are not consistent.(2)Obstructive behavior factors: parents interfere with teaching in classes,students and parents do not cooperate with the coach’s training arrangements,the venue equipment is not perfect,students’ skills progress is not obvious,the fairness of the coach’s treatment of students,the coach’s own ability level.(3)Negative emotional factors: coaches’ lack of patience and responsibility,coaches’ attitude toward students in class,parents’ attitude toward students and coaches in and out of class.(5)Expectations of coaches,parents and students in badminton training in Chongqing.(1)Coaches expect parents and students to support,trust and recognize themselves enough,communicate and exchange in time when something happens,and do not need a third person to convey their respective needs.(2)Parents attach the most importance to the coach’s ability in all aspects,training environment and safety,because many parents believe that "only a good coach can teach good students".(3)Students need more time,space,patience and support from coaches and parents.(6)Optimization suggestions based on the role expectations of coaches,parents and students and the main reasons for conflicts: focus on the role expectations of coaches,parents and students,establish the expectation system of the three,establish the interactive link in class and the communication link in class,establish the behavior model with students as the main person,coaches and parents as the support,pay attention to the important position relationship among coaches,parents and students in the training.Introducing advanced training concepts,and improving training infrastructure. |
