Research On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Heilongjiang Province From The Perspective Of Human Capital

Since the beginning of the new century,under the background of the great development of the domestic economy,the advantages of the demographic dividend of Heilongjiang Province are diminishing,the degree of marketization is insufficient,and the economic development has stagnated to a certain extent.The slow progress of industrial structure upgrading in Heilongjiang Province has become a key factor restricting economic development.Therefore,accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure in the province is a wise choice to promote economic development.As the key factor to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,human capital is of great practical significance to study the upgrading of industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of human capital.Based on the related theories of human capital and industrial structure upgrading,this paper analyzes and researches human capital and industrial structure upgrading in Heilongjiang Province,and conducts empirical analysis using vector autoregression model.According to the analysis results,the human capital foundation of Heilongjiang Province is relatively good,but in recent years,the development of human capital in both stock and quality has gradually lagged behind the national average level,and the promotion of human capital industrial structure upgrading is insufficient.Finally,according to the research conclusions,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
