| In the new stage of development,China urgently needs to find a green transformation path featuring harmonious coexistence of nature and society and sustainable growth.Following the "Five Development Principles" to strengthen the orientation of green development,the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the proposals for China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan will further clarify the dominant role of ecological progress.As a key member of Yangtze river region,Anhui province achieved great economic growth,which was relying on investment and inputs at the price of pressure to environment and resources,how to make one both economic and environmental efficiency of green development path,is in the process of achieving high quality development in Anhui province important problem to be solved.To solve this problem effectively,one of the most valid way to improve the level of total green productivity,which is also an important policy in recent years,the government to promote green development,a higher return of investment can be facilitated by innovation through accumulation of human capital.Industrial structure upgrading is an effective way to realize the rise of emerging industries and green transformation.Both of them play a certain role in the improvement of green total factor productivity by promoting technological innovation and improving production efficiency.In this paper,human capital and industrial structure upgrading are brought into the sa1 me analytical framework to study the influence mechanism of their independent and synergistic effects on green economic growth in Anhui Province.The main research contents of this paper are :(1)Theory analysis.Combing relative theory of human capital and industrial upgrading,the author of this thesis built the mechanism among human capital,industrial upgrading and total green productivity.(2)Measurement.using 16 cities of Anhui province as research object from 2004 to 2019.Calculate the level of human capital by the average years of education,industrial upgrading index by the proportion of three industries,total factor productivity by SBM-GML model.The temporal and spatial evolution of the three factors is analyzed.(3)Empirical analysis.On the basis of testing spatial dependence of global and local spatial autocorrelation,the spatial econometric model and panel threshold model are used to study the spatial influence effect of human capital and industrial structure upgrading on green economic growth in Anhui Province and the possible threshold effect.(4)Conclusions and suggestions.According to the research conclusions of this paper,relevant policy suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of paying attention to the accumulation of human capital,promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,and the integration and coordinated development of both.The results of this paper show that:(1)During the research period,the change trend of human capital level and industrial structure upgrading level of Anhui cities in time presented a rapid rise trend at first and then tended to be stable,the green total factor productivity level was in a "U" shaped change trend of first decline and then rise,and the spatial distribution of the three presented a significant imbalance.(2)The spatial dependence of green total factor productivity of cities in Anhui Province is significant.The spatial agglomeration characteristics are different in time and show certain instability.The number of cities with high value and high value adjacent to each other has a decreasing trend.(3)The contribution of human capital to the growth of Anhui’s green economy is weak and the result is not significant.The positive effect of industrial structure upgrading has passed the significance test under different models.Under the synergistic effect,the two have a positive impact on the growth of Anhui’s green economy.The enhancement of the interaction has a positive effect on local city and a negative influence on neighborhood area when spatial effect decomposed by SDM.(4)threshold variable to the threshold of the human capital only through a single threshold significance test in the test,threshold variable for the upgrading of industrial structure through the threshold test,human capital across the threshold estimation,for the upgrading of the industrial structure of Anhui green degree of the influence of the enhanced by weak economic growth,the dynamic matching of both in promoting green to play an important role in the total factor productivity. |
