In recent years, the economic aggregate of Yunnan Province has been rising continuously.Behind the rapid growth of economic is the rapid expansion of resource-intensive industries(represented by power, petroleum and other industries)and traditional service industries. The industrial structure of Yunnan Province has become the dominant pattern of the tertiary industry, but the proportion of the tertiary industry is still small. The human capital and industrial output value of the tertiary industry are facing a balance trap of “double low”.The number of surplus labor force in agricultural is huge, and the advantages of internal capital and technical factors are not obvious.Human capital is a key factor in promoting industrial restructuring and economic development. With the decline of the demographic dividend and the arrival of an aging society, the rise of human capital is increasingly hindered.Human capital in Yunnan Province has large structural imbalances in space and industry, and the human capital cannot effectively serve the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in Yunnan Province, various problems have hindered the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Yunnan.Based on the relevant theories of human capital and industrial structure upgrading, starting from the technological progress effect, income effect and urbanization effect of human capital, constructing an analytical framework for the impact of human capital on industrial structure upgrading, with the help of Yunnan human capital and industrial structure. The evolution data further analyzes the comprehensive level of human capital in Yunnan Province and the scores of three types of human capital,as well as the balance between human capital and industrial structure demand. The VAR vector autoregressive model for constructing Yunnan human capital stock, human capital structure and industrial structure upgrade in the context of urban-rural dual division is a model, and establishes general human capital,knowledge-based human capital and entrepreneurial human capital from the perspective of human capital heterogeneity. The regression equation of capital on industrial structure upgrading empirically analyzes the impact of Yunnan's human capital on industrial structure upgrading. The results show that:(1)The gap of human capital dual segmentation in Yunnan Province is gradually narrowing, and the accumulation speed of human capital stock is accelerating. However, the low proportion of the population at the higher education restricts the accumulation speed of human capital stock in Yunnan, and the problem is still outstanding that the Irrational human capital structure.(2)For every 1% increase in the current human capital stock,it will promote the industrial structure upgrade by 1.50%,and its long-term equilibrium effect is higher than the dual segmentation of human capital structure and human capital.(3)Entrepreneurial human capital,knowledge-based human capital, and general human capital have positive effects on the upgrading of industrial structure, while the industrial composition system of Yunnan is mainly absorbing general knowledge and skills workers. There is not enough space for the high-level knowledge, skills and innovation ability contained in Entrepreneurial human capital to accommodate. And the impact of entrepreneurial human capital on the development of knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive industries is weak.(4)Overall,the upgrading of Yunnan's industrial structure is still driven by physical capital. The output efficiency of human capital is low,and it has not surpassed the income of physical capital and has not become the first driving force for the upgrading of industrial structure.
