Mathematics is closely related to the development of human life and society.Mathematics which comes from life is to serve life.Based on lower grade students’ cognitive characteristics and the particularity of mathematics in elementary school,teachers adopt the life-oriented teaching method is advantageous to the students’ understanding and application of mathematics knowledge,which is beneficial to cultivate the students’ innovation spirit and practice ability.The compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(2011)points out that it is necessary for the lower grade students in primary schools to obtain the activity experience of abstract output from real life.They can find and solve mathematical problems in daily life with the help of teachers.And they can also understand mathematics’ ubiquitous feature,Meanwhile,they can feel the close connection between mathematics and life.This study adopts the classroom observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,conducts classroom observation on the classroom performance,homework feedback and learning acquisition of junior students in three schools in Liao Cheng,and conducts questionnaire survey and interview on mathematics life teaching cognition and attitude of mathematics teachers,difficulties encountered in mathematics life teaching,the implementation of teachers’ mathematical life teaching,and teachers’ suggestions.The purpose of this study is to fully understand the current situation of mathematics life teaching in the lower grade of primary school.The purpose is to fully understand the current mathematics life teaching situation of lower students in primary school.Through the analysis of the survey results,the problems that exists in the mathematics life teaching in the lower grade of primary school are obtained : the life teaching situation is not created properly;the lack of the life education goal;the relationship between teaching content and life is improper;teaching evaluation does not focus on life.This part aims at the problems which exists in the mathematics life teaching in thelower grade of primary school and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies:improving the teaching ability of mathematics life;organizing the teaching content of mathematical life;using the teaching method of mathematical life;establishing the teaching evaluation of mathematical life;integrating mathematical life of education power. |
