Employment is the foundation of social stability,and employment is even more crucial to the survival and development of people with disabilities.The level of human capital is directly reflected in the individual employability.Promoting the employment of disabled people through human capital investment can not only ensure their daily life,but also an important way for disabled people to socialize and realize their own value.The human capital stock of people with disabilities is low,and the room for human investment of disabled students is huge.Taking H special education secondary school as an example,from the perspective of human capital theory,this study analyzes and studies the problems existing in the employment of school disabled students by using data collection methods such as literature research,questionnaire,interview and observation.The study found that the factors of human capital such as rehabilitation status,educational background,and skill level of school students are generally low,which directly leads to the downstream position of students in the job market.In addition,in the process of providing employment assistance to students with disabilities,the method of vocational rehabilitation is used to improve the human capital of students with disabilities from the four dimensions of vocational assessment,vocational training,employment recommendation and employment return visits,so as to help them successfully practice and find employment.The study found that human capital theory can explore the reasons for the difficulty of employment of students with disabilities in depth and from multiple perspectives,and vocational rehabilitation can provide full-chain assistance for students with disabilities to solve their employment problems,which fully demonstrates its theoretical superiority.In the process of providing vocational rehabilitation services for students with disabilities,social workers also play the roles of opportunity recommenders and skill trainers.At the end,it puts forward relevant feasible suggestions on establishing the concept of human capital investment for students and schools.
