| In 2020,the general office of the Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued ‘The opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving school aesthetic education in the new era’,emphasized the educational function of aesthetic education.As teachers to actively develop and utilize biology curriculum resources is an important requirement in the compulsory education biology curriculum standards,combining music with biology knowledge has potential aesthetic value.The important research results of students’ interest in songs and the ability of music to promote memory once again show that the development and application of biology song resources are necessary and valuable.The 1st part is the introduction,which compared and reviewed the current status of biological songs research at China and abroad through literature research method and data analysis method,from which the unresolved issues in biology songs related research and worthy of further exploration are identified.The 2nd part is a theoretical review,started from the research questions,sorted out the relevant research progress,defined the concepts of biology songs,learning emotions and learning effectiveness,analyzed the feasibility of biology songs as a teaching resource for junior high school biology and determined the research content.The 3rd part is a practical survey to understand the teachers’ opinions and application suggestions of biology songs through surveys and interviews,and to analyzed the corresponding results in order to implement targeted applications while avoiding common problems.In addition,the current situation of students’ listening to songs and their attitudes toward biology songs were investigated.The 4th part aimed at cultivating students’ learning emotions to construct a resource bank of biology songs for teaching.Showed the process and method of constructing a biology song bank for Biology textbook of the volume II of grade 7 before practice,constructed corresponding strategies for teaching with biology songs in practice,designed evaluation tools and examined the reliability and validity,and made sufficient preparation for the subsequent practice.The 5th part of the study is practice research,in which two classes in the internship school were studied,the experimental class used biology songs as an aid in addition to regular teaching.Through data analysis,interviews and observations,we analyzed the effects of biology songs on the learning effectiveness of junior high school students in biology,summarized the common problems in practice and gave corresponding suggestions.The 6th part is the research results and conclusion,which composes the biology song works produced during the study that can be directly used or referred to by teachers.Reflections and summaries of the practice were made,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Through interviews and case analysis,it can be concluded that biology songs and their related classroom activities can stimulate students’ artistic expression and creative performance from the aspects of students’ song learning and appreciation,handmade and chorus design,which shows that biological song resources are of great value to the implementation of aesthetic education in junior middle school biology class.(2)Through the data,it was found that the experimental class showed significant differences and improvement in some additional question compared to the control class.In terms of overall scores,the experimental class had a higher level of learning emotion than the control class.In specific questions,it was found that the tendency of the control class regarding checking and reviewing learned knowledge weakened,but the experimental class improved to a certain extent overall.When we investigated the students’ grades on chapter 1&2 and chapter 3&4 in the test,we found that there was a significant difference between the grades of the experimental class and the control class on the questions related to chapter 3&4 and the experimental class scored higher than the control class,indicated that the experimental students had a higher degree of mastery of chapter 3&4 knowledge.This indicates that biology songs have an important and widespread positive impact on enhancing students’ learning emotions and academic achievement in biology.(3)The correlation between learning emotion and academic performance was found to be positively correlated,and the combination of interviews and a series of data analysis showed that biology songs can promote learning effectiveness by cultivating students’ learning emotion. |
