Implementation on Opinions on the Reform of Deepening the system of University Entrance Examination from State Council was issued in September,2014.Under the new college entrance examination policy,Zhejiang and Shanghai,two pilot provinces,have set the optional subject mode of "6 choose 3" or "7 choose 3",which makes students face the problem of choosing their favorite and suitable for their own courses.High school curriculum selection is the basis for entering college for major selection and has an important impact on the future career planning of high school students.Career planning education in ordinary high schools not only helps high school students to clarify and choose their future majors and careers,but also builds a bridge between the school and the society to ease the contradiction that the talents trained by schools cannot meet the social needs.While at present,due to various conditions and constraints,the development of career planning education in many high schools is only on paper.Students 'lack of understanding of career planning,parents' attention to student needs,lack of implementation of school education,and lack of enough government support make the serious lack of career planning education in high school.Therefore,understanding the current situation of career planning education in ordinary high schools,studying and facing up to the existing problems,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures to the practical development of career planning education are extremely helpful in ordinary high schools.Based on this,the author takes the new college entrance examination as the meeting point,systematically analyzing the career research results at home and abroad,and based on the career planning education theory,the author mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and study on Qingdao xx High School.The interview conducted on the basis of collecting real questionnaire data and analyzed the current situation of real career planning in schools.And the actual situation was obtained from the students,teachers and parents,and the problems existing in the surveyed schools on the basis of the obtained data were summarized and discussed.The main problems found are: the lack of social and government opinion,relevant policies,regulations and financial support;the school does not pay enough attention,no professional teachers 'guidance,and the factors of students' families themselves,the lack of self and professional cognition,and the one-sided understanding of parents.On the basis of summarizing the problem,the solution includes: society and government should strengthen public opinion,emphasize the importance of career planning education and give policy and financial support;schools should strengthen management,provide diversified forms and strengthen teacher training;parents should establish correct understanding and help students better understand their career. |
