In 2014,the State is sued the Implementing Opinions of The State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System,which put forward the overall goal of deepening the examination and Enrollment system.In this year,Shanghai and Zhejiang were among the first provinces to carry out the reform of the national college entrance examination,which meant that the reform of the national college entrance examination was kicked off.The new college entrance examination breaks the traditional liberal arts and sciences and adopts the "3+3" model for the college entrance examination.The closer connection between colleges and high schools also brings some challenges to both sides.The new college entrance examination emphasizes the need for students to take all factors into consideration when choosing the subjects to take part in the college entrance examination,which undoubtedly poses great challenges to students.With the launch of the new college entrance examination,"career planning" and "career education" have gradually entered the public view.Only scientific and reasonable career planning and career education can better deal with the new college entrance examination.This research adopts the questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature analysis and the experimental method.The study of three schools in Danzhou city in Hainan province,understanding the present situation of the Danzhou high school students career planning.To grasp the problems of high school students career planning education,to explore with theoretical basis and the reality of high school students career planning education practice path.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that students' overall awareness of career planning is above average.Students' grades influence their career decisions,and parents' occupation and education level have an impact on different dimensions of students' career planning.The current career education in the three schools is mainly in the form of special lectures and thematic class meetings.Most students think that the career education currently carried out by the schools is helpful to them.Students prefer that career education be carried out in the form of social practice.In the teaching role,students prefer that career education courses be undertaken by professional career education teachers and psychological teachers.In the study of interview,interview object for the three schools of psychology teacher and career teachers,school leaders and teachers grade three.Its aims are understand the school career education practice situation,each school career education concept and the division of labor system,teacher's understanding of career education,etc.To understand the strength of school's support for career education and the difficulties in the implementation process,and put forward targeted suggestions.Through the interview research,it is found that the career education in Danzhou city is facing the following problems :(1)The system is not formed and the policies are not matched;(2)In terms of teachers,the guidance teachers are not professional and lack of cognition,and there is a shortage of teachers;(3)Students' awareness of career planning is generally weak;(4)Parents have insufficient cognition of career education;(5)In the social aspect,the society pays insufficient attention to career education;(6)In terms of regional development,the development is not balanced among regions.In the experimental study,the students in the experimental group were given oneyear career education activities,and it was found that the vocational cognition level of the students in the experimental group was significantly different from that of the students in the control group.The vocational cognition level of the students in the experimental group was higher than that of the students in the control group.According to the research results,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the career education of senior high school students.The main contents are as follows :(1)At the policy and institutional level,clarify the nature and orientation of career education through law,carry out coherent career education,plan the career development tasks of each school section,and establish supporting evaluation mechanisms;(2)On the social level,integrate the social resources of career education,build the overall atmosphere of career education,and set up correct career values;(3)At the school level,the way to train high-quality teachers and expand students' understanding of career planning.At the family level,parents' awareness of career education should be improved and home-school association should be promoted.
