Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Senior High School Career Planning Education Under The Background Of New College Entrance Examination

With the deepening of the new round of college entrance examination reform,the career planning education of ordinary high schools has received more and more attention.However,due to the long-term influence of “advancement”,ordinary high school education neglects the education of students' career planning.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination,changes in the "six-three-three","study level examination","choice class shift","professional + school" and other admissions and admissions systems,as well as "respect for student choice","provide more for students" The introduction of new ideas such as “multiple choice opportunities” requires that ordinary high school students must have certain ability to choose,and that ordinary high schools must attach great importance to students' career planning education.This paper uses the literature method and the investigation method to explore the status quo,problems,causes and countermeasures of the career planning education in the ordinary high school under the background of the new college entrance examination.It has important theoretical and practical significance.This study selected 600 students and 12 teachers from four high schools in Jinan City,Yantai City and Weifang City of Shandong Province as the research object,and used the questionnaire survey method and interview method to surround the main line of the current high school career planning education status under the background of the new college entrance examination.Investigate students' career planning education needs,pathways,career planning awareness,career planning ability,career planning education satisfaction,etc.,and analyze and organize the data.The study found that the career planning awareness and ability of ordinary high school students in the college entrance examination have different degrees of gender,grade,place of origin and parental education.At present,the demand for career planning education of ordinary high school students is very obvious,the students have already Not only do you need a career planning course,but you also have a desire to have more forms of education to choose from;you need more career planning teachers and daily infiltration education for teachers and parents in the career planning education teachers' needs.According to the research results,this study proposes the following countermeasures from the four levels of students,schools,families and government: students improve their career planning awareness,take the initiative to understand the meaning of career planning,learn to use development vision to plan life,school reconstruction career planning The education system,the construction of professional career planning education teachers,the strengthening of discipline penetration education,the expansion of career planning education forms,parents to improve their own quality,change their own ideas,strengthen the role of government guidance,and integrate social resources.
