Middle school students are in a very important stage of growth and development.Students' physique and health are related to the future of the nation.They must have a healthy physique in order to better receive other aspects of education.Finally,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will be realized.At present,the health status of adolescents is not optimistic.In recent years,physical and health examination of middle school students shows that malnutrition,obesity,myopia,dental caries,acne and oral ulcer have become common diseases of middle school students.As one of the basic disciplines of natural science,biological science is related to medicine,disease,health care and other fields,so it permeates disease prevention as the center in biology class.Health education,to help students master the causes of common diseases in adolescents and preventive health care measures,and to enhance self-health awareness and self-care ability,is of great significance to promote their healthy growth.The author takes 104 students in Class 1(4)and Class(7)of Liangjiang Yucai Middle School in Chongqing as the object of study,according to the common diseases of adolescents and the Health guidelines for Primary and Middle Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education.This paper sums up the entry point of permeating health education in the compulsory Biology course of Senior High School,through the methods of teaching practice,questionnaire and so on.This paper studies the influence of health education centered on disease prevention in biology teaching in senior high school on students' mastery of disease knowledge,correct health attitude and healthy behavior.The results showed that the health status of the students in the first two classes was not optimistic.There was no significant difference in disease knowledge,health attitude and health behavior between the two classes.The author takes Class 1(7)of Senior High School as the control class,carries on the routine teaching,takes the Class 4 of Senior one as the experimental class,and permeates the health education in the routineteaching.After three months of teaching experiment,in the aspect of mastering disease knowledge,the results of post-test in the experimental class are obviously higher than those in the pre-test,and there is a very obvious result.The post-test results of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control class(P < 0.01).In terms of correct health attitude,the health state rate of students after infiltration(79.36%)was significantly higher than that before infiltration(51.24%),and there was significant difference(P < 0.01).In the cultivation of health behavior,the rate of partial health behavior after infiltration was significantly higher than that before infiltration,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).The results show that it is feasible and effective to infiltrate health education in biology teaching in senior high school.However,due to the short time of infiltration education,the lack of teaching experience,the interference of other factors,such as students' personality differences and living environment,the research effect is relatively not obvious,and the improvement of health behavior and health status needs to be adhered to for a long time.There are many kinds of intervention,so we need the joint efforts of family,school and society to promote the healthy growth of young people.
