With the promulgation and implementation of the new curriculum standards,it is emphasized that biology teaching should focus on improving the students' core literacy of biology(that is,the concept of life,rational thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility).Biological experimental investigation can not be ignored in the development of students' core literacy.Applying the elements of daily life to high school biology experiment teaching can significantly improve students' interest in learning and experimental exploration ability.Under the guidance of the development of the times and the new curriculum standards,in order to solve the existing problems in high school biology experiment teaching and realize the new requirements of the new curriculum standards,this article studies the life-oriented biological experiment teaching methods.This research is based on high school students,and the author adopts research methods such as literature research method,action research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical method.In terms of theoretical research,the author introduces the social and theoretical background of the research and defines related concepts.The author determines the research significance,research content,research methods,research ideas,etc.on the basis of analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign research status,analysis of questionnaire survey results,and analysis of textbooks.Based on the results of theoretical research,the author proposes strategies for the improvement of life-oriented biological experiment teaching,such as the improvement of experimental subjects,the improvement of experimental materials and instruments,and the improvement of experimental methods.In terms of practical research,the author designs and implements life-oriented biological experiment teaching,and uses action research and interview methods to analyze the effectiveness of life-oriented experiment teaching.The author uses feedback from students and teachers to evaluate the effect of life-oriented biological experiment teaching reform in the development of students' core literacy.Through the research of this article,the following conclusions are reached:life-oriented biological experiment teaching is conducive to increasing students' interest in learning biology.Through the transformation of experimental materials and instruments and the diversified improvement of experimental methods,students' chances of conducting biological experiments are increased.The ability of scientific inquiry and rational thinking has been well developed.At the same time,in-depth life-oriented experimental investigations also help students deepen the understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge,and are very helpful for students to improve their academic performance;in addition,life-oriented Biological experiment teaching provides students with a channel to link the knowledge they have learned with real life,establishes the connection between biological learning and all aspects of life,and realizes the benign two-way relationship of life service that is real life serves biological learning,and biological learning is better.Life-oriented biological experiment teaching has initially fulfilled the new curriculum requirements for improving students' core literacy in biology.
