In today's era of emphasis on all-round development and creative adaptation,my country's education reform pays more attention to cultivating students' core literacy,setting up comprehensive practical courses,increasing students' comprehensive application of knowledge,and improving students' practical ability and innovative spirit.The "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" clearly stated that biological experiment teaching is an important support to promote students to achieve the core literacy of biology.It is necessary to continue to strengthen and continuously improve biological experiment teaching,and organize exploratory characteristics characterized by active learning Experiments.For this reason,many front-line teachers are looking for new biological experiment teaching models.As a new exploratory teaching mode,project learning is based on constructivist learning theory,and its philosophy and value pursuit are consistent with the curriculum concept of core literacy as the educational goal.Therefore,this research attempts to apply project learning to high school biology experimental teaching,and explore the feasibility and effectiveness from the theoretical and practical levels.The thesis mainly includes the following two parts.The first part is about theoretical research.Using the literature research method to comb and analyze the current research status of project learning at home and abroad,the results found that: the current project learning research has shifted from connotation theory to practical verification stage.In China,compared with other disciplines,project learning is less practical in biology.In the high school biology experiment teaching research is even scarce.Through combing the content,characteristics and general operating procedures of the project,combining the characteristics of biological experiments,constructing the project learning operating procedures with biological experiment characteristics,and designing the experiment based on the biology compulsory one "Molecules and Cells" of the general high school textbook human education edition.Project learning cases provide some references for frontline biology teachers to implement project learning in high school biology experimental teaching.The second part is the practical research level.First,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the status quo and analyze the feasibility of project learning in the application of high school biology experiment teaching.Then put the project case into teaching practice,and the data of the experimental subjects before and after the teaching through the paper and pencil test and the questionnaire survey.Finally,SPSS21.0 was used to perform a paired sample T test on the data,and the analysis concluded that the project learning has significant effects in improving students' experimental ability,cooperative learning ability,problem-solving ability and information literacy,but it can improve students' independent learning ability.The effect is not significant,and project learning may not necessarily improve students' biological performance.Verify the effectiveness of project learning in high school biology experimental teaching application from the practical level.
