Premier Li Keqiang used the term "Internet +" eight times in his 2015 government work report,and put forward the "Internet Plus" action plan for the first time.What is "Internet + " ? Generally speaking,the Internet in "Internet +" refers to the Internet thought and modern Internet information technology."+" means unlimited connection and remolding and integration.The word "Internet +" refers to the deep integration and innovation of the Internet technology with the traditional industry,and ultimately create a new industry ecology.The idea of "Internet +" has injected infinite vitality into the advancing education.The application of Internet information technology will make teaching methods more flexible and diverse,enable the interconnection and sharing of educational resources,and make teaching and teaching management more modern,systematic and professional.This study starts from the impact of "Internet +" on the traditional teaching management in primary and secondary schools,and is based on the theory of educational equity,people-oriented management and educational informatization.It is carried out by using literature research,questionnaire survey and observation method.Through the questionnaire survey and observation method,the present situation of teachers,students,informationized teaching resources and teaching facilities construction are studied and analyzed.The respondents of the questionnaire were 187 teachers in S school,and the present situation of teaching management in primary and secondary schools was analyzed from four dimensions.The research results show that the current situation of teaching management in S School mainly exists in the following four aspects: 1:Teachers lack of informationized teaching ability: expect Internet thought transformation,Internet technology application ability and informationized teaching training are not enough,either;2: The inadaptability of students' Internet learning,the lack of information literacy and classroom interaction,easy to distract attention;3 : The information teaching resources are not perfect,the construction of digital campus is insufficient,the integration of school classroom and Internet is not enough,and the current network learning resources are lack of integration;4:The construction of teaching facilities is not perfect: the hardware facilities are not fully configured and the utilization rate of facilities is not high.Finally,the following countermeasures are put forward from four aspects: 1: We should improve the application level of informationization for teachers,establish a training system for informationization teachers,strengthen the construction of informationization personnel,and create a favorable atmosphere for the application of Internet technology;2:Optimizing students' adaptability to Internet learning,enhancing students' application level of information technology,and changing students' learning styles;3 : Integrating informationized teaching resources,promoting the construction and application of digital campus,and creating a collaborative sharing platform for Fuzhou;4 : Improving the construction of teaching facilities,configuring adequate teaching computer terminal equipment,strengthening network management and security guarantee.According to the above four countermeasures,it is expected to enhance the role of teaching management in primary and secondary schools under the background of "Internet +" and promote the development of "Internet +" in teaching management.
