General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward that "the people create history,and labor creates the future." Labor is the fundamental force for the progress of human society.Now labor education has been mentioned as a very important position,but labor education is always in a weak link in schools.As a basic subject,Chinese subject has special significance in teaching students labor education.Therefore,according to the characteristics of Chinese subject,it's necessary to make full use of the labor education elements in the Chinese textbooks to carry out labor education to students.This paper studies and discusses the labor education elements in the unified edition of primary school Chinese textbooks and the status quo of their teaching,hoping to provide frontline primary school Chinese subject teachers with some teaching strategies for the labor education elements in Chinese textbooks.This paper aims to improve the frontline teachers' ability of teaching labor education elements in primary school Chinese textbooks,so as to better help students develop labor consciousness,establish labor spirit,develop good labor habits,and improve labor ability.By using literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,text analysis and other research methods,this paper investigated the current teaching situation of labor education elements in the unified edition of elementary school Chinese textbooks,and found the following problems: teaching designs do not properly analyze the teaching materials and academic conditions related to labor education,the design of labor education in the teaching content is relatively simple,the teaching methods are not targeted at characteristics of each sector in labor education for students,and teaching evaluations fail to organically combine labor education with the characteristics of Chinese.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the reasons are as follows: teachers' awareness of labor education in Chinese teaching is weak,teachers' lack of ability to fully excavate labor education elements in Chinese textbooks,teachers' lack of methods to carry out labor education to students according to the characteristics of each sector,and insufficient ability of teachers to combine labor education with the characteristics of Chinese subjects in teaching evaluation.Combining the teaching practice experience of frontline teachers and related research results,this research proposes an improvement strategy for the labor education elements teaching in the unified edition of elementary school Chinese textbooks: lead teachers to attach importance to the value of labor education in Chinese teaching,improve teachers' ability to excavate labor education elements in Chinese textbooks,highlight the teaching objectives related to Chinese labor education elements,which aim to cultivate the labor morality of students,enrich the methods of Chinese labor education based on the characteristics of each sector of the labor education elements in the textbooks,and establish relevant teaching evaluation system that organically combines the characteristics of labor education and Chinese subjects.
