Nostalgic literary works have an important position in Chinese literary works.In various versions of middle school Chinese textbooks,many modern and contemporary nostalgic prose have been selected as textbooks,which are of great significance for improving students’ Chinese literacy,expanding students’ horizons,and cultivating students’ values.This thesis takes the modern and contemporary nostalgic prose selected in the Chinese textbooks for junior and senior high schools as the research object,and discusses the teaching of nostalgic prose.In terms of structure,this thesis is composed of five parts.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the thesis is divided into three chapters.The introduction briefly describes the purpose and significance of the research,defines the concepts of nostalgia and nostalgic prose,summarizes the current situation of nostalgic prose teaching and the problems existing in the current nostalgic prose teaching process,and clarifies the research methods of this article.The first chapter analyzes the distribution of the original versions and current version of modern and contemporary nostalgic prose in middle school Chinese textbooks by means of graph statistics.The proportion of nostalgic prose in Ministry of education edition is relatively low,especially for contemporary selected prose,with only one;The characteristics of the selected prose of contemporary nostalgia,and the development of contemporary nostalgic prose;in view of the importance of the background of nostalgic prose in the teaching process,the writing background of modern and contemporary nostalgic prose is analyzed separately,and the important teaching significance of modern and contemporary prose is discussed in depth.The second chapter takes two classic modern and contemporary nostalgic prose "Rain in Kunming" and "Autumn in the Old Capital" as examples to implement instructional design,highlighting the important and difficult points of this type of prose in the teaching process.The second section analyzes the teaching design and teaching records of frontline teachers,and on the basis of data statistics,puts forward the problems existing in the teaching of modern and contemporary nostalgic prose in the daily teaching process,and proposes specific countermeasures in the teaching enlightenment.The third chapter gives practical suggestions for teaching expansion,and uses the prose collection "Eternal Homesickness" and the large-scale documentary "Remember Homesickness" as examples to interpret contemporary homesickness.The conclusion part summarizes the full text,pointing out that the emergence of contemporary nostalgic prose has multiple teaching meanings.For the problems in the teaching of nostalgic prose,teachers must strive to improve their own professional quality,in-depth study of typical texts,grasp the key and difficult points,comprehensively use various teaching methods,and cultivate students’ inquiry ability,aesthetic ability and comprehensive quality.The teaching of modern and contemporary nostalgic prose must pay attention to the characteristics of the times,mobilize and use all resources according to the learning conditions of the middle school stage to maximize the teaching effect.
