With the continuous development of science and technology,the competition among Internet companies is becoming more and more fierce.Most enterprises pay more attention to the economic benefits and development of enterprises,ignoring the feelings of employees.A large number of employees in enterprises have some negative behaviors because of work pressure,and these problems are getting worse and worse,which has aroused widespread social concern.Under the guidance of social learning theory and social support theory,the author obtains relevant data and materials through questionnaire survey and field observation,and through sorting out and analyzing relevant materials,understands the reasons,problems and needs of employees in J enterprise.Through the method of group work,we can effectively intervene the problem of relieving the work pressure of employees in J enterprise in Beijing.After five group activities,the group members can change their irrational cognition of work pressure,build their own social support system,learn to take positive measures to deal with the work pressure,and finally achieve the expected goal and effectively relieve the pressure of Internet employees.Intervening through the professional method of group work effectively relieves the work pressure of employees in Internet enterprises,creates a harmonious working atmosphere in enterprises,and helps the healthy development of the company.At the same time,it provides experience for enterprise social workers to carry out research on related issues in the future,and promotes the localization process of enterprise social work to a certain extent.
