Emotional management refers to an enterprise management method in which a company takes sincere emotions as a link,attaches importance to the emotional connection between the company and its employees,and satisfies the human needs of employees,thereby improving the management efficiency of employees and promoting the development of the company.Emotional management,as a flexible management method,has many advantages compared with rigid institutionalized management.It can promote the benign interaction between the enterprise and the employees and make the management more humane.As the degree of socialization in the business content continues to increase,emotional management has been More and more scholars agree that many companies have gradually realized the need to begin to transform traditional management concepts.Bureaucratic management methods are relatively rigid and rigid.They realize that over-administrative management methods can no longer meet the development needs of enterprises.Salary treatment can no longer attract and retain outstanding talents.Once employees think that they are just a tool for the company to seek benefits,and they cannot feel the care and love from the company,the spontaneity of work will be greatly reduced.The concept and means of emotional management should be reduced.Apply to business management.At present,the research on emotional management has not formed a system,and there is no standardized,unified and widely recognized dimensional division in academic circles.After referring to the research of some scholars,this research divides the emotional management of corporate employees into three dimensions: cognitive level,behavioral level,and institutional level in order to investigate and study the actual situation of corporate employee emotional management more systematically.This is the research Investigation and analysis will be conducted in accordance with these three dimensions.The study found that there are many misunderstandings in the current enterprise's cognition of emotional management,and the simple cognition of emotional management has caused problems in the application of emotional management.At the cognitive level,simply think that emotional management is the emotional investment of the company on the one hand,and emotional management is the company's emotional management of employees,or that emotional management is a means for the company to win people's hearts;at the behavioral level,there is a lack of communication within the company and the leadership of managers Poor ability;lack of an effective emotional incentive system at the institutional level.Based on the literature review and discussion of corporate employee emotional management,this research uses organizational support theory,emotional commitment theory,and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical support for the research,and assists companies and employees through the use of social work professional theories and practices Form a benign interaction.In order to verify the theoretical analysis,this study explores the practical exploration of social work participation in the emotional management of employees of the enterprise.Using the Z enterprise as a carrier,it investigates,analyzes,and analyzes the problems existing in the Z enterprise from the three dimensions of the cognitive level,the behavioral level and the institutional level.Provide services according to the needs of Z enterprise and existing resources,use group work methods,community work and other methods to organize activities within the enterprise.The overall practical activities have achieved certain results.The interaction between the enterprise and employees is more frequent and the relationship is more harmonious.The emotions between employees and the company can be cultivated,the employee care plan is established and implemented,the management level of the company is improved,and the practical goals are basically achieved.Finally,I summarized and reflected on the service practice,and put forward a few suggestions,pay attention to emotional management;strengthen emotional support at work;improve the emotional incentive system,realize multi-channel incentive methods,and provide references for doing well in corporate employee emotional management.
