The cultivation of people is an important issue in China’s education.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the History Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools(New Curriculum Standards for 2017 for short),which reflects the scientific educational concept,is closer to the practical needs of students’ learning and all-round development,and promotes the transformation of talent training mode.Based on the nature of history,the new curriculum standard in 2017 proposes five core qualities to promote the quality of education.Among them,historical evidence literacy is very important,it is a very necessary way to develop other literacy.In the introduction,this paper gives a detailed explanation on the reason,significance,current situation and methods of the research.The body of this paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter defines the relevant concepts and further grasps the meaning of the concepts of historical data,empirical evidence,empirical evidence of historical data and core literacy,laying a good foundation for the following research.The second chapter focuses on the examination of the historical material empirical literacy level in the new college entrance examination history test,summarizes and analyzes the examination of the historical material empirical literacy level in the new three years,and further perceives the characteristics of the examination of this literacy in the new college entrance examination.The third chapter,the author according to the new college entrance examination history try on four historical empirical examination,academic levels and historical empirical literacy curriculum in 2017 four academic level as the basis,make the teacher and the student two aspects of the questionnaire,analysis in weifang city,shandong province under the new college entrance examination oriented historical empirical literacy training status,and analyzes the existing problems and causes;In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward countermeasures according to the core literacy test guidance of the new college entrance examination and the problems existing in the cultivation of the empirical literacy of historical materials under the new college entrance examination guidance.
