This paper is mainly composed of six parts: introduction,related theory introduction,"small class class" model overview,based on the optimization of classroom teaching "small class class" teaching design and practice,"small class class" optimization of large class class effect evaluation and research summary and prospect.The first part,"Introduction",mainly introduces the research background,the basis for the establishment of the subject,the relevant research status at home and abroad,the goal and significance of the research,and the content and methods of the research.This part of the content of the paper to solve the practical problems in education,highlighting the value and significance of the research.The second part,"Introduction to Related Theory",firstly defines the concept of "small class" and classroom teaching,stipulates the personnel composition,organizational form and implementation process of "small class",and defines the concept of classroom teaching in combination with predecessors' interpretation and the author's personal understanding.Secondly,in the elaboration of theoretical basis,it introduces the educational scientific theories based on which the research is conducted,which are respectively constructivism learning theory,humanism learning theory,mastery learning theory and teaching process optimization theory.Summary of the third part "" small class " model ",the first from learners' needs and development needs and implementation,analysis the feasibility of the "small class",the second from the preparation before class,after the implementation of specific measures and implementation of adjustment of the three parties face "small class" for process design,make it become a stable and sustainable teaching research behavior patterns.Finally,the basic principles of implementing small class are expounded.Part iv "based on the optimization of classroom teaching a small classroom teaching design and practice",in the latest one of chemistry for high schools first "the reaction of sodium and water","amount of substance unit ? Moore" and "elements of the nature of cyclical variation law" and other three project as an example,based on optimization of large class teaching purpose "small class" has carried on the teaching design and practice,After practice,the process and results of practice are evaluated and reflected.In the fifth part,the effect of "small class" on the optimization of large class is evaluated systematically and comprehensively by comparing the change of average score gap between experimental class and control class before and after the experiment,questionnaire survey of participating students and interview of teachers.The last part,"Research Summary and Outlook",elaborates the research conclusions and deficiencies of the paper,emphasizes the positive significance of small-class classroom in classroom teaching research,and explains that "small-class classroom" is only in the trial stage,and there are still many deficiencies under the restriction of realistic factors.This paper looks forward to how "small class" can break through these limitations and become a kind of action research method that can promote the rapid growth of prospective teachers and young teachers.
