| In the flood of national education reforms,various teaching models have emerged.Among them,the high-efficiency "6+1" classroom teaching model,as an outstanding one,has received extensive attention from the education community.The teaching philosophy of the efficient "6+1" classroom teaching model is "Teacher guide,self-learning ",and to cultivate innovative talents for the society through the learning method of "independence,cooperation and exploration".As a model high school in Henan Province,Xinxiang No.2 Middle School has introduced an efficient "6+1" classroom teaching model in order to respond to educational reforms,change the traditional teaching mode,and improve school quality.The school has formulated a series of reforms based on actual teaching conditions.The school regularly organizes teachers in batches to visit Shijiazhuang Elite Middle School and Changyuan No.1Middle School.It also conducts weekly in-school listening and evaluation activities;School leaders’ listening and evaluation system.By this way,it can be really used in daily teaching to help teachers and students develop together.This thesis is based on relevant documents of the efficient "6+1" classroom teaching model and the implementation status of the efficient "6+1" classroom teaching model of Xinxiang No.2 Middle School.The authors interviewed 12 chemistry teachers and relevant school leaders.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 330 students in three classes of different levels.At the same time,author observed the classroom in-depth in daily teaching to understand the implementation process of the teaching model and the current situation.The Xinxiang No.2 Middle School was analyzed from 3 directions: school,teachers,and students.There are some problems found.The article has elaborated the reason and provided solutions.The solutions had been applied to daily teaching to verify their effectiveness.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background,research status and significance,and research methods of this thesis.The second part is an overview of the efficient "6+1" classroom teaching model,including the concepts of "teaching model","traditional teaching model","efficient "6+1"classroom teaching model",and ",and application of the teaching model.Author also studied each step and precautions of this teaching mode.The third part mainly discusses the implementation status and existing problems of the high-efficiency "6+1" chemistry classroom teaching mode,and analyzes the causes of the problems according to the actual situation.The fourth part is based on the problems in the implementation of the high-efficiency "6+1" chemistry classroom teaching model,and puts forward improvement strategies.From teacher’s side,it mainly focuses on how to change teaching concepts,how to prepare lessons effectively,and how to avoid formalism lesson.From student’s side,it mainly focuses on how to motivate students and help students to improve their independent learning ability.The fifth part is to verify whether the improvement strategy work well by teaching examples.In this study,a control group experiment was set up,to compare two teaching examples in daily chemistry teaching.It also discussed the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement strategy.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of this research,including some suggestions for classroom reform for schools,as well as the shortcomings of this article and the future research direction of efficient "6+1" classroom teaching mode. |
