Chemistry is a central subject in the 21st century.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of human society and improving the quality of human life.Cultivating students' interest in chemistry is not only the need of personal development,but also the need of social development.However,most of the current interest research is based on the theoretical level of the researchers,or the research based on the experience of the frontline teachers.Therefore,this research focuses on theory-guided practice,and this research is a practical research conducted under the guidance of the four-stage theory of interest development and related educational and teaching theories.Specifically,the research mainly includes the following five parts: The first part summarizes the current research status and existing shortcomings of interest teaching at home and abroad through the research of existing interest-related literature,and clarifies the research purpose and research methods.The second part defines the two concepts of interest and interest teaching,and determines the cognitive development theory,the nearest development area theory,the need hierarchy theory and the four-stage theory of interest development as the theoretical basis of this research.The third part investigates the degree of interest in chemistry of the students in the practice school through a questionnaire survey,and selects the experimental class and the control class as the research objects of this study according to the results of the survey.The fourth part proposes four teaching strategies based on the theoretical basis of this research: “providing stimulus materials to stimulate students' situational interest”,“setting up driving tasks to maintain students' situational interest”,“giving external support to form students' initial individual interest” and “deeping chemistry subject value forming students' stable individual interest”.The fifth part,through the analysis of textbook and learning situation of the two lessons of "oxidation-reduction reaction" and "the method of making chlorine in the laboratory",the teaching objectives and teaching difficulties are determined,and the teaching design is combined with the teaching strategy,and is implemented in experimental classes and carry out teaching evaluation and reflection after class.At the end of the semester,analyze the interest level of the experimental class and the control class before and after survey results and the test results.The results show that the research has a good effect,which not only effectively improves students' interest in learning,but also improves students' academic performance to a certain extent.
