Guided learning plan teaching conforms to the development trend of China's education reform,conforms to the concept of the new curriculum reform,and is respected by the majority of schools.Guiding plan design is the soul of guiding plan teaching,which is related to the success or failure of guiding plan teaching.The design of junior middle school moral and legal guidance case is an opportunity for teachers and students to grow up,which is conducive to cultivating students' ability and consciousness of independent cooperative exploration,improving teachers' ability of classroom organization and management,and constructing efficient classroom.The research of this topic combines my education and teaching practice with the proposition direction of Shanxi senior high school entrance examination,and mainly focuses on the composition,design principles,existing problems,causes of problems and solutions of the guidance case.The paper consists of introduction and four parts.The introduction mainly introduces the topic selection basis and significance,research ideas and methods,key and difficult points and innovation points.The first part mainly introduces the related concepts,basic principles,basic contents and important values of the design of the guiding learning plan of the morality and rule of law course in junior middle school.Among them,the related concepts include guiding case,junior high school moral and rule of law course,junior high school moral and rule of law course guiding case design.The basic principles include subjectivity,inquiry,innovation,hierarchy and flexibility.The basic contents mainly include preface,learning objectives,tips on key and difficult points,introduction,autonomous learning,cooperation and exploration,class presentation,problem solving and promotion,hierarchical implementation,after class summary,etc.The design of learning guidance plan has learning value,professional value and teaching value,and plays an important role in basic teaching.The second part,from the perspective of education and teaching practice,summarizes the problems existing in the design of the guidance case,including the problems existing in the design of the guidance case,the problems existing in the design of the content of the guidance case,the problems existing in the design of the material selection of the guidance case and the problems existing in the design process of the guidance case.Among them,the problem design of the learning guidance plan is lack of hierarchy,contextualization and inspiration;the content design mode of the learning guidance plan is monotonous,lack of time planning,and too much emphasis on exercises;there are some problems in the process of the learning guidance plan design,such as the obstacles of division of labor and the lack of follow-up work.The third part systematically analyzes the various reasons for the problems in the design of the guiding case.Firstly,the understanding of the importance of junior middle school moral and rule of law course is not in place,including the lack of deep understanding of the concept of the new curriculum reform and the importance of the guiding case.Secondly,the ability of the guiding case design is limited,which is the inaccurate grasp of the guiding case design principles and the lack of effective secondary design of the guiding case Finally,it is reflected in the lack of effective follow-up,specifically the lack of continuous professional training,the lack of effective supervision and evaluation.The fourth part from the guiding case design concept,design ability,follow-up training,supervision and evaluation,looking for the countermeasures to optimize the guiding case design.Teachers should deeply understand the concept of the new curriculum reform,change the concept of education,and then enhance the awareness of independent design of teachers' learning guidance plan from the ideological and root.Improve the ability of self-conscious design of learning guidance plan,and solve the problems of problem design,content design and material selection design of learning guidance plan through specific and operable ways.Strengthen the follow-up training of guiding case design,such as organizing theme training regularly,learning excellent guiding case design cases.In terms of supervision and evaluation,schools should adopt the combination of online and offline,and the combination of individual and collective to carry out effective supervision.Schools should also develop multiple evaluation forms to comprehensively and comprehensively evaluate the ability and level of teachers' guidance plan design.
