Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Student Crisis Events In Chongqing J University

Public crisis events have a profound impact on the people,society and country.The unpredictability of public crisis events determines that public crisis events occur not only in the public life,but also in the colleges and universities.The crisis management of colleges and universities has its particularity.In recent years,the crisis of college students has not only affected the normal teaching of colleges and universities,but also threatened the life and property safety of teachers and students,damaged the reputation and social recognition of the school to a certain extent,and had a negative impact on the security,stability and development of the school.The frequent occurrence of crisis events among college students also exposes the inadequacy of crisis management system.The importance of university students' crisis events is not only reflected in maintaining the image of the school and improving the reputation of the University,but also in maintaining a good educational and teaching environment,which is conducive to the healthy growth of the students' physical and mental health,and is conducive to the construction of a more democratic and legal and fair social environment.As the youngest municipality directly under the Central Government in China,Chongqing has the typical characteristics of "large cities gather large countryside".If Chongqing wants to realize the goal of "the 14 th five year plan" and actively promote the construction of double city economic circle in Chengdu Chongqing area,it will inevitably face complex practical contradictions and problems.For Chongqing universities,how to effectively prevent and correctly deal with the possible college students' crisis events,reduce the loss of College Students' crisis events,and prevent the adverse impact of College Students' crisis events on society,has become a major practical problem in the field of public management.Through literature review,case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of student crisis management in Chongqing J University,and summarizes the reasons for the existence of some student crisis events: for example,there is no perfect crisis organization and management institution,and no perfect crisis early warning mechanism.Suggestions are put forward to optimize the management of college student crisis events in order to promote the management process of student crisis events in Chongqing J University,create a more favorable school atmosphere for college students,and promote the physical and mental health of teachers and students.
