The Study Of The Social Crisis Management On The Public Health Incident

Mainly with sociological perspective, and synthesizing with management science, politics, psychology, history, law etc. this essay inquired the social crisis management on the public health incident which burst out suddenly like SARS. It doesn't limit on the medical science for its research meaning, so, this essay comfits the public health incident as a projectile, elaborated from the concept of "crisis management" and the international experience, then analyzes the influence and the problem which evoked by this event in 2003. Finally, we study its concrete tackle from five perspective to expect helping the construction of the social crisis mange mechanism. Just as our Premier Wen Jiabao said, "The loses of one nation in the misfortune can be compensated from it's improvement", we face the public health incident that had happened, learn from the lesson, strengthen the construction of early-warning mechanism for crisis and consummate the management of crisis, which is indispensable for us to build a socialist harmonious society.
