Research On Indoctrination Method Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Based On Cognitive Psychology

Traditionally,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China is mainly based on the method of indoctrination,but the academic circles have different opinions on the use of indoctrination methods.On the one hand,most scholars believe that ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China is based on Marxist indoctrination theory,which is an important part of Marxist theory,and indoctrination is the main principle and method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.On the other hand,many people and academic circles have been linking "indoctrination" with negative derogatory words such as moral preaching," spoon-feeding education " and brainwashing,which leads to deviations in many people's understanding of the concept and meaning of indoctrination.Therefore,the scientific cognition of the indoctrination method is related to the healthy development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This study examines Marxist indoctrination theory and the development of Marxist indoctrination theory in China,the connotation of ideological and political education indoctrination in colleges and universities,and the discussion on the principle and method of indoctrination.The introduction of cognitive psychology to analyze the indoctrination method of ideological and political education can provide us with new enlightenment.This paper focuses on the relationship between memory structure,memory process,memory representation,knowledge organization and problem solving in cognitive psychology,and then explains the indoctrination method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,so as to clarify the external,mandatory and unidirectional cognitive misunderstandings in the indoctrination method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Finally,this study puts forward that the indoctrination method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be based on students' understanding,pay attention to the cognitive characteristics of college students and design the teaching process of ideological and political education according to the cognitive process of college students,so as to improve the effect of ideological and political education indoctrination method based on Marxist indoctrination theory.
