Abstract/Summary:
The teacher-student interaction is an important link in classroom teaching.A good teacher-student interaction can improve the teaching efficiency.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,higher requirements are put forward for the interaction between teachers and students in Chinese classroom.At present,there are a lot of academic researches on teacher-student interaction,but they mainly focus on the problems existing in teacher-student interaction,the way of interaction,the subject of interaction and so on,and the evaluation research on teacher-student interaction involves less.And the evaluation research of teacher-student interaction can help teachers and students to better reflect on classroom teaching behavior and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Based on the analysis of the PTA scale method,this paper discusses the selection and application of the evaluation index of the interaction between teachers and students in Chinese classroom.Aiming at the problems to be solved,this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter is the feasibility analysis of the PTA scale used in teacher-student interaction evaluation in Chinese classroom.This paper mainly analyzes the correlation between PTA scale and teacher-student interaction,the practical basis for the PTA scale to evaluate teacher-student interaction in Chinese classroom,and the theoretical basis and significance of the scale to be used in Chinese classroom.The second chapter is the construction of the Chinese classroom interactive evaluation system between teachers and students.After the analysis of the application of PTA scale in the evaluation of teacher-student interaction in Chinese classroom,three first-level indicators of speech evaluation,evaluation environment and post-evaluation effect are established based on the logical structure of PTA scale and the actual situation of teacher-student interaction in Chinese classroom teaching.Then gradually decompose the three first-level indicators,refine them into small indicators and form specific requirements.Finally,the method of expert weighting is used to assign the weight of the index,so as to improve the scientific nature of the index coefficient.The third chapter is the practice and exploration of the interactive evaluation system of Chinese teachers’ classroom teaching.The developed evaluation system scale is applied to classroom practice,and the classroom teaching records of two famous teachers are selected for observation and analysis.The results are compared and the feasibility of the evaluation scale is tested again.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions and reflections on the Chinese classroom interaction evaluation scale.Suggestions are put forward from the purpose,subject,result and opportunity of the evaluation.In addition,some thoughts are put forward from the effectiveness of the evaluation and the reasonable use of modern information technology.Under the new form,how to carry on the teacher-student interaction,how to evaluate the teacher-student interaction,is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Only effective teacher-student interaction in class can generate good classroom experience,and teachers and students can rely on each other and grow together.This paper hopes that the evaluation of teacher-student interaction will be helpful to Chinese classroom teaching.
