Although the educational reformation at the present stage has achieved a success, yet the research on the relationship between teachers and students is not very satisfying. The investigations show that good relationship between teachers and students has a great effect on students' learning. In recent years , with the deep research on sociology and psychology, the interaction and inter-effect in teaching process are gradually paid more attention to in educational and teaching process. Educational researchers have set out to research it, but the researchers still lie on the surface of the question and not concrect. how to form an active, appropriate and harmonious interaction between teachers and students has become the central question in educational and teaching research. Therefore, to explore the study will be of very important, actual significance"the interaction"is reflected in teaching practice. Only when you get in touch with students, will it be realized and how realization will he produced, with the result that I has made a one-year teaching research on it.The thesis is divided into three parts.Part one -theory construction. The research begins from "interaction",and dates from the origination of the word. And then gives the definition of the word in education comparative complete. After that , further study I will give a comparative complete definition on the interaction between teachers and students in order to construct an all round theory and give an explantion on its characteristics and features. Facturs and outer forms , and so on.Part two -in this part in the light of former theory, combining with Chinese teaching practice,I will make an active research on "the interaction" and from teachers' standpoit, I'll explore a new interactive teaching system, and put forward a feasible operating approach.Part shree - in this part I'll research and analyze "the interaction" in Chinese lessons lasted on the second part after that I'll summarize the study and highlight "the real interaction" won't to accord with the design. Only mechanically transplanting the ready frame is wrong.In the end I will forecast possible researches on the subject in the future .
