Participating in group sports activities is one of the important means for children to realize socialization.Despite its popularity in China,there are few small basketball games specifically aimed at children.Little basketball is clearly defined as a basketball sport that children under the age of 12 participate in or engage in.It is interesting and suitable for the physical and mental development of teenagers.Under the strong push of President Yao Ming,China Little Basketball Program was officially launched in November 2017,which specifically formulated basketball size,rack height,court size and game rules in line with the development of children and teenagers."Little Basketball,Big Dream" promotes more school-age children to participate in little basketball games.,the research results show that the domestic and international "fast easy teaching idea" in tennis teaching by improving the venues,equipment and the method of simplified technology show excellent teaching effect,make the children master the basic skills of movement quickly and efficiently,and get in the game fun competition,this is a kind of advanced teaching method in tennis teaching.The feasibility and superiority of "quick and easy teaching method" in small basketball teaching were analyzed and verified from multiple angles by using various methods such as literature,experimental comparison,questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis method.The experimental group included 30 fifth-grade students from Fuyang Xinshang Elementary Basketball Training Institution.Control group for fuyang city experimental primary school grade five(1)class of 30 students,for 12 weeks of experiment teaching and traditional teaching method applied in the control group,the "fast easy teaching method applied in the experimental group,the subjects related to basketball technology before and after the experiment,measurement and questionnaire,collecting data,using SPSS software for each sample t test.The test results show that :(1)after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in each technical index P < 0.05.(2)Dribbling,P =0.025 < 0.05,there is a significant difference.(3)In shooting,P =0.000 < 0.05,there was a significant difference.(4)In passing and catching,P =0.000 < 0.05,there was a significant difference.(5)In terms of defensive steps,P = 0.375> 0.05,there was no significant difference.Research conclusions :(1)Quick and easy teaching method is suitable for small basketball teaching.(2)Fast and easy teaching method is more helpful for students to learn dribbling skills.(3)The quick-easy teaching method significantly improves students’ shooting skills in the elementary basketball teaching.(4)It is proved that the quick and easy teaching method improves the students’ passing and catching skills significantly in the elementary basketball teaching.(5)There is no significant difference in the performance of defensive footstep skills,indicating that quick-easy teaching method has little effect on the improvement of students’ defensive footstep.(6)According to the questionnaire analysis,the quick and easy teaching method has a positive influence on the improvement of students’ interest,motivation,attention and confidence.(7)Fast and easy teaching method can improve children’s basketball skills more significantly than traditional methods in small basketball teaching. |
