| Objective: With the wide spread of tennis in China,the number of tennis beginners in China has increased dramatically,the number of teaching tasks has increased,and the teaching place is limited.Therefore,it is necessary to find a more suitable teaching method for modern teaching concept.The purpose of this paper is to explore the introduction of "quick and easy tennis" teaching method and prove its feasibility and superiority in tennis teaching through 8-week teaching practice,so as to provide new ideas and practical basis for beginners’ tennis teaching.Methods: 16 college students without professional sports experience and tennis foundation were selected as the research objects.According to the results of coordination sensitivity test,they were divided into 8 quick easy tennis teaching group(KG group)and 8 traditional tennis teaching group(CG group).The two groups were trained twice a week for 90 minutes.Before and after the teaching and training,the coordinated sensitivity test(505 test,Illinois test,square jump test,closed eye single foot standing test)was carried out respectively,and after the teaching and training,the tennis technical test(ITN test)was carried out.The paired sample t-test was used to analyze the data before and after each experiment,and the independent sample t-test was used to analyze and process the data of the experimental group and the control group to compare the teaching effect of the two teaching methods.Results: After the teaching and training,the average score of tennis technical ITN test kg group was 92.75 points,which was higher than the average score of CG group(82.25 points),with significant difference(P < 0.05).In the physical fitness test,the505 test scores of KG group increased by 6.69%,while that of CG group increased by7.53%;the square jump test scores of kg group increased by 11.32%,and that of CG group increased by 11.72%;that of Illinois test group increased by 4.08%,CG group increased by 3.26%;that of closed eye single foot standing test group increased by49.55%,while that of CG group increased by 30.53%,but that of the two groups increased by 49.55% There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Traditional tennis teaching and quick and easy tennis teaching can improve physical quality,and the difference between the two is not big.The quick and easy tennis teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in improving the basic tennis skills of beginners.Suggestions:(1)It is suggested to popularize the quick and easy tennis teaching method in the teaching of tennis beginners,so that more people engaged in tennis teaching can understand the quick and easy tennis teaching method,and improve the training system of quick and easy tennis coaches,which is conducive to improving the Chinese tennis population;(2)Quick and easy teaching focuses on improving the learning interest of beginners.For the learning and mastering of tennis technology,repetitive training is an essential part.Because this research adopts two separate teaching methods,how to combine the two methods to improve the teaching effect of tennis beginners is worth further discussion. |
