Abstract/Summary:
Purpose: In recent years,with the development of physical education curriculum teaching reform and the popularization of tennis sports in China,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to optimizing the teaching reform of tennis physical education curriculum.However,at present,the effect of physical education curriculum teaching reform in colleges and universities in China is not satisfactory,which is reflected in the traditional rigid teaching methods are difficult to adapt to today’s more and more abundant tennis demands of college students.Kuaiyi tennis teaching method emphasizes the concepts of "fast easy" and "happy enjoyment",takes students as the main body,trichromatic transition decompression tennis as the teaching tool,tennis game as the main teaching form,so as to create a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere,so that students can achieve the rapid mastery of tennis technology.The cooperative learning teaching method enables students to exercise their communication and communication ability in the form of group cooperative learning,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students’ social and unity and cooperation spirit.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to compare the influence of "Kuaiyi +Cooperative Learning" teaching and "traditional tennis" teaching on students’ tennis skills and physical education achievement,and to explore whether there are gender differences in this teaching method,so as to promote the rational application and promotion of "Kuaiyi + Cooperative Learning" teaching method in tennis teaching in colleges and universities,which can not only innovate tennis teaching methods from the micro level of the curriculum itself.It can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional tennis teaching mode,improve the quality of tennis teaching,and can also provide practical reference for the teaching reform of tennis course in colleges and universities from the macro level.Research methods: This study uses the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to explore the influence of two different teaching methods on college students’ tennis skills and sports acquisition.The subjects of the experiment are 36 students in the 2021 tennis elective class of Southwest University of Chongqing,36 in the experimental class and 36 in the control class.The experimental class uses the teaching method of "Kuaiyi + Cooperative Learning",and the control class uses the traditional teaching method of tennis.The students’ tennis skills are evaluated according to the assessment methods and standards stipulated in the syllabus of tennis public physical education in Southwest University.The acquisition questionnaire of tennis elective course was selected to test the dimension of students’ physical education acquisition,and SPSS27.0 was used to process the data in order to comprehensively analyze the teaching effect of the two teaching methods.Results:(1)In the tennis skills test,the students in the experimental group and the control group improved after 12 weeks of systematic study of tennis skills,but the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the experimental course,although the students in the experimental group had a significant improvement in tennis movement evaluation,the results in the control group were still significantly better than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).(2)After the teaching of "Kuaiyi + Cooperative Learning",the scores of "novelty","attention","social","pleasure" and "overall interest" in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After the traditional tennis teaching method,the scores of "novelty","attention","social","pleasure" and "overall interest" in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in other dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The scores of tennis skills of students of different genders were improved in the experimental group and the control group,but the scores of the boys and girls in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the technical achievement of boys in the same group was significantly higher than that of girls(P<0.05),In tennis movement evaluation,the scores of boys and girls in the experimental group were significantly improved at the 12 th week.After systematic study,the scores of the boys in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of the girls in the experimental group were not significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was still significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the control group compared with the sixth week,but it was still significantly better than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).(4)In the scores of sports acquisition test of students of different genders,boys and girls in the experimental group showed significant advantages over girls in the dimensions of "novelty","exploratory","social" and "overall interest"(P<0.05),and girls improved faster in the dimensions of "attention" and "pleasure" than those in boys(P<0.05).All the dimensions of male students except "overall interest" in the control group were higher than those in the female students(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The teaching method of "fast and easy + cooperative learning" is beneficial to improve students’ tennis skills,mainly manifested in that compared with the traditional tennis teaching,this teaching model can improve the students’ technical achievement of each test item more effectively.(2)The teaching method of "Kuaiyi +Cooperative Learning" is beneficial to the improvement of students’ sense of physical education acquisition,which mainly shows that the dimensions of "novelty","attention","pleasure","social" and "overall interest" are significantly improved,while the dimensions of students’ physical education acquisition are decreasing under the traditional tennis teaching method.(3)Compared with the teaching of "Kuaiyi +Cooperative Learning",the advantage of traditional tennis teaching method is that it can effectively improve the performance of students’ action evaluation,and the combination of the two teaching can effectively make up for their shortcomings,so as to promote the all-round development of students’ tennis skills and sports achievement.(4)Compared with female students,the teaching method of "Kuaiyi + Cooperative Learning" is more significant to improve boys’ tennis technical ability and sports achievement.The main performance is that the boys’ tennis technical achievement and action evaluation performance,as well as in the "novelty","exploratory","social","overall interest" and other sports perception dimensions are significantly better than girls.
