On March 18,2019,President Xi Jinping emphasized at the ideological and political theory course teachers' symposium that it is necessary to "promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,and continuously enhance the ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses."?The course of morality and rule of law in junior high school plays a role in the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools.Beginning in September 2016,the ideological and moral courses in junior high schools across my country have been revised to the moral and rule of law courses,and the textbooks used have also been unified as the moral and rule of law textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education.The new courses and new textbooks focus on starting from junior high schools.Starting from the actual life of the students,it highlights the activity design,pays attention to situational experience and problem exploration,and presents the characteristics of practicality and comprehensiveness.The application of activity teaching in the teaching process of junior high school ethics and rule of law has expanded the teaching form,focused on the active participation of junior high school students,enhanced the interest of the classroom,enriched the emotional experience of junior high school students,and improved the effectiveness of the teaching of junior high school morals and rule of law.It helps junior high school students to gain knowledge,develop abilities,and improve their personalities in their knowledge,experience and practice,promote the formation and development of good moral character and rule of law literacy,and enhance political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,and public participation.From the perspective of theoretical research and applied research,this article analyzes the connotation,characteristics,principles,common patterns,and current problems in the application of current teaching practice and their reasons for the activity teaching of junior high school ethics and rule of law.Optimized countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part clarifies the meaning of activities and activity teaching,and analyzes the textbooks and curriculum standards for junior high school ethics and rule of law courses published by the People's Education Press,and proposes that the activity teaching of junior high school ethics and rule of law refers to junior high school ethics and rule of law.In the teaching process,under the organization and guidance of junior high school ideological and political teachers,the fundamental purpose is to promote the comprehensive improvement of junior high school students'ideological,moral,and legal literacy,and moral,mental health,law and other knowledge as the basic learning content to build an educational,The main form of life,creativity,and practical activities of junior high school students is the main form,a teaching form centered on the active participation of junior high school students,the courage to explore,in-depth thinking,and active practice.It is practical,subjective,life-oriented,and open.,The overall characteristics are conducive to improving the effectiveness of teaching,promoting the overall development of students and the ability of teachers.It also proposed that junior middle school ideological and political teachers should adhere to the five unified principles of practicality and theory,subjectivity and dominance,life and development,openness and unity,integrity and pertinence in the practice of activity teaching.Three common activity teaching modes are discussed.The second part is based on the exploration of the basic concepts of the teaching activities of the ethics and rule of law in junior high schools.It combines the four aspects of teacher organization and student participation,activity teaching goals,content and form,activity teaching presupposition and generation,classroom teaching and extracurricular practice,etc.Related cases,analysis and investigation have found out the problems existing in the teaching practice of the junior middle school ethics and rule of law activities.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems from the three dimensions of teacher factors,student factors,and external environmental factors,and finds the focus of the problem,in order to find solutions to the problems.Countermeasures provide basic ideas.In the fourth part,aiming at the problem to be found,from the three dimensions of teacher,student and environment in the analysis of the cause,it puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions for changing the teaching concept,improving the teaching ability of teachers' activities,guiding junior high school students to participate actively and efficiently,and optimizing the external environment.,And strive to provide some help to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools.
