Looking back at the vigorous classroom teaching reform has achieved remarkable results,but there are also many problems.Whether it can be truly faced and reasonably solved will directly affect the deepening of the classroom teaching reform.In the era of core literacy,it is necessary to establish a new way of thinking in classroom teaching reform,and to think about the "thorny problems" troubling us.If teaching reform only in form,a lot of class in examination,neither teach humanities,also has nothing to do with the spirit,even the knowledge is not,but a "solid" ground into teaching-examination,take the exam as the mission of the classroom teaching reform,students' learning will be more and more numbness,the fundamental task of curriculum reform is to cultivate people who violate morality,and the core quality cultivation is the core value of curriculum reform,which is our mission.Classroom is the main position of teaching activities,the school starts from the improvement of teaching quality,with the development of students as the center,teachers as the leading,students as the main body,textbooks as the main line,thinking as the main dry,discipline quality as the core,adhere to the "forty minutes to quality".We should give full play to the leading role of teachers and give more prominence to the dominant position of students.According to the development needs of the school,we should pay attention to the analysis of the learning situation and constantly optimize the methods in the teaching process.In order to cultivate students' independent learning and master the learning methods,we should implement fine teaching to improve the teaching quality.2018,xuanwei one group multi-faceted consultation,deepen to promote curriculum reform,high school math group actively explore "guide learning" teaching mode of practice and study and fully implement students' main body status,stimulate students self-confidence,autonomy,cooperation,explore the ability of efforts to practice effective teaching,improve the teaching quality of education and build step by step,harmonious and efficient teaching mode of independent learning.Based on literature research,experimental method,interview method and statistical analysis method,constructs the high school mathematics "guide learning" teaching mode,from the demands of the development of education,literature study and the successful cases of study,each school to specific case analysis,combined with their own school to obtain the new teaching concept: education is sowing the future education,should pay great attention to student's ideological and moral education,lets the student have a great pattern,stimulates the student to study the desire,use appropriate ways to effectively promote the students to learn,to develop students potential,pay attention to cultivate the students' teaching ability and accomplishment of the system type,of course also cannot completely by the system.Under the "learning-guided" teaching mode,teachers not only consider how to teach themselves,but also more about how students should learn.They teach "learning" by heart,motivate students to want to learn,make students feel able to learn in the teaching process,and finally achieve the goal of learning.Based on the analysis of students' learning situation,the preset good teaching and research method,let the student to study,not only can find their own problems,to grasp some knowledge with questions to the class,thus improve the efficiency,also can do first when problems have been found for the first time,and then from the teaching way of thinking,after a period of time also exercise the students' thinking ability and method,in addition to each of the students actively participate in classroom teaching,fully show themselves,get interest in study,and implementation of students' autonomous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning.Applying the model to the teaching of mathematics in senior high school,the following conclusions are obtained :(1)the "learning-guided" teaching model is divided into teaching for learning--teaching according to learning--teaching before learning--teaching according to learning--teaching according to learning;(2)The "learning-guided" teaching mode not only improves students' math performance,but also enables students to attach importance to autonomous cooperative learning,change the concept of passive learning to active learning,and acquire the correct consciousness,attitude and methods of autonomous learning;Teachers have changed their teaching concepts,created space for the full development of each student in combination with the specific reality of the students,and improved their professional quality.
