Through the long-term teaching practice, we found that the model of traditional teaching existed several problem caused inefficiency in lesson, such as lack of initiative among students, teachers’ hard work in class, and difficult to handle the student. In this paper, we will rethink the reasons that cause the poor efficiency in lesson. First, it’s not clear that students are the main in the classroom, but how teachers played the leading role in the lesson. Second, the design of teachers’ and students’ activities details are not so distinct and accuracy in the pre-class preparation. Third, lacking of preview lessons before classes, students cannot get the knowledge by themselves; even the knowledge can be learned on their own. Forth, the content of courses is "narrowed" to be knowledge teaching, it makes the construction of knowledge become complicated and knowledge based teaching; teachers regard knowledge imparting as important, but look down on raising abilities, generating knowledge and guiding the learning methods. Fifth, the content of courses is "ossified", it leads the structure of teaching to be stylization and the analysis of teaching to be dogmatization. Sixth, the position of learning subject is "weakened", because teachers take the accomplishing of teaching "task" and the perfect playing of teacher’s role seriously, take the achieving of students’ learning targets and the successfully learning of students’ role lightly. Seventh, the content of courses is "short-sighted", teachers can’t proceed the learning conditions and introspection. We put forward the new teaching model-"Guide-Study-Evaluation integrated into one" combining the theory of pedagogy and psychology. We do an in-depth study about applying the new teaching model to the senior high school mathematics from theory and practice two sides, and study on content of teaching model and meaning of research target. We process a comprehensive and systematic presentation, and guide-study teaching cases and classroom teaching cases in three aspects-compiling and using the guide-study teaching cases, building the specific steps of various lesson types in the new teaching model, the new teaching model supported by the class construction of group cooperation. This study makes us understand the basis, substance and concrete practice of education innovation of the new teaching model-"Guide-Study-Evaluation integrated into one". We summarize the effect of the new teaching model-"Guide-Study-Evaluation integrated into one" in the practice process. We find it can promote the transformation of teachers’ teaching concept radically, improve the professionalism of teachers, accelerate the professional development of teachers, facilitate the construction of school-based research and learning organization, make a big change of students’ learning styles, learning concepts and learning behaviors, and elevate the mental shackles. But there are still some problems existed in the new teaching model, we need to do a further study. The new teaching model-"Guide-Study-Evaluation integrated into one" can bring some guiding effect for the teaching work in the future.
