| With the campaign of education in China,flipped classroom and high efficiency classroom are widely used by the frontline educator.The instructional model of teaching is born,and it has a certain teaching effect in some schools,but the problems it introduced cannot be ignored in teaching practice.Therefore,this thesis makes a dialectical analysis of its advantages and disadvantages in high school mathematics teaching based on the relevant theoretical basis of the teaching model of "learning before teaching".Taking students from two classes of the first year of high school as subjects,the author uses the control variable method to study whether and what kind of guidance plan should be used in the teaching of high school mathematics.Based on the data analysis of students' learning effect,the paper draws a conclusion and the design principle of high school mathematics teaching plan,so as to guide teachers' design and teaching practice of high school mathematics teaching plan in the future.In the theoretical inquiry,the author introduces the source of the teaching mode of the instructional model and the relevant theoretical knowledge,including the constructivist theory,the recent development area theory and the discovery theory of learning.The teaching mode of guided learning plan has a strong theoretical foundation,but there are some problems in the educational practice in some schools.It describes the pros and cons of the instructional model teaching in high school mathematics.Guided learning plan teaching can guide students to learn independently before class and improve the effectiveness of preview;The presentation of the class,the promotion of the group;Keep track of feedback and reinforce what is learnt.However,some conducting cases may not fully take into account the individual differences between students,or the teaching materials or supplementary materials,or the teachers cannot be flexible in class,and the problems that the teacher cannot flexibly change in the classroom,apt to form the subject sea tactics and so on,are problems in the teaching practice,which is urgent for education workers to study and improve.This study adopts the survey and research method of control variables,and reflects the teaching effect from the aspects of students' learning enthusiasm,classroom interaction,knowledge acquisition and test scores,so as to investigate how to design and use the guidance plan to make the high school mathematics classroom efficient and beneficial.According to the investigation and research,teachers should design hierarchical,individualized,exploratory and reflective learning guidance plans according to the special learning situation of the class,and should not use the unified learning guidance plans in the form of workbooks on the market,and pay attention to flexibility and improve the evaluation mechanism of the use of learning guidance plans.Only at the above points,the instructor can design suitable and effective pilot cases for high school mathematics class for classroom use,arouse the students to learn interest,build high eficiency class,and develop innovative talents with independent learning ability and cooperative exploration capability. |
