Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the requirements of teachers in the field of education have changed significantly.Teachers are no longer just "teachers",but also need to become "researchers" of education.This makes more and more researchers pay attention to teachers' professional development and strive to find a reasonable way of Teachers' professional development.After the emergence of lesson study,it has gradually become one of the important ways of teaching research in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.With its unique practical value,it has attracted the attention of many researchers and has become an effective way to promote teachers' professional development.Lesson research is a kind of teacher cooperative research.Its process is based on the real teaching process.It is practical and situational.It is different from the traditional teaching and research methods and has an important impact on the development of teachers.Based on the above thinking,this study will be based on the theoretical research of lesson study,using questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' participation in lesson study and find out the existing problems.At the same time,in order to make up for the problem that the current situation investigation is too broad,the researchers go deep into the front line,analyze the specific case studies,and sort out the existing problems.Finally,according to the relevant survey data collected,the corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward.The first part is to explain the relevant theory of lesson study.Through the literature and related materials,this paper sorts out the relevant theories of lesson research,mainly including the basic connotation,characteristics and types,basic procedures,value and significance of lesson research.By combing the relevant theories,it deepens the explanation of lesson research,and lays a theoretical foundation for the future research.The second part is to investigate the current situation of primary school teachers' participation in lesson study,mainly using the methods of questionnaire and interview.Among them,the questionnaire about the teachers' understanding of the concept of lesson research,the development of lesson research,the participation and existing problems in different stages of the process of lesson research,the ability of teachers to carry out lesson research,the relevant influencing factors of lesson research five dimensions of investigation and research;the interview mainly from the theme definition link,lesson preparation link,teaching and observation link,after class discussion In this paper,the author analyzes the problems from the following aspects:link,summary link and common problems.Through the investigation,the researcher analyzes the internal and external factors that restrict the development of lesson study,as well as the problems existing in different stages of teachers' participation in lesson study.In terms of external factors,there are some problems,such as the lack of curriculum resources,the lack of professional theoretical training of teachers,the lack of sound management system,the mere formality of lesson study,the lack of awareness of research team cooperation and the poor research atmosphere.In terms of internal influencing factors,the existing problems include teachers' weak theoretical knowledge and lack of research ability;teachers' heavy tasks and lack of participation enthusiasm.According to the different stages of lesson research,there are some problems: the research topic is difficult to refine,and teachers lack the ability to find the topic;teachers' teaching design ability is insufficient,and it is difficult to associate teaching with the topic;classroom observation content is more complex,and lack of scientific observation tools;lesson discussion starts from teachers' experience,and the research conclusions float on the surface;lesson research results are lack of systematic analysis Resource integration makes it difficult to implement research results.The third part is a case study of the curriculum research activities carried out by the fifth grade teaching and research group of Chongqing Dadukou experimental primary school.By combing the whole process of this research activity,we can understand the work content of each link in the case,analyze the existing problems,and provide the basis for the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The fourth part is the specific strategies proposed by the researchers for the problems existing in different stages of the lesson study,including preparation strategy,planning strategy,discussion strategy and summary strategy.In each stage,there are corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,among which the preparation strategy mainly proposes to cultivate teachers' ability to choose topics and improve the quality of research topics;the planning strategy mainly proposes to strengthen the cooperative design of teaching plans and design classroom observation tools;the discussion strategy mainly proposes to improve the traditional discussion mode to ensure the standardization of discussion;the summary strategy mainly proposes to integrate research into a system in order to maximize the value of the results.The fifth part is the overall suggestions of primary school teachers' participation in curriculum research,including promoting teachers' professional development,improving school management mechanism and building curriculum research database.
