The activities of " one teacher an optimal lesson,one lesson one famous teacher "(OGLPT)are carried out for the implementation and implementation of the party's the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee "effective mechanism to expand the coverage of high quality education resources by using information means." and at least one excellent teacher can produce a good teacher with good information technology.The activities mainly consist of two stages,namely,"bask lessons" on the Internet and the selection of "superior class".Any new thing has a process from immature to mature.Research has found that OGLPT has achieved good results,but there are still some problems.It is necessary to further improve and optimize it.In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it was emphasized that in order to achieve the development goals of the "13th Five-Year" period,solve the development problems and develop the development advantages,we must firmly establish and implement the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and shared development.The following analysis is guided by the five development concepts.In this study,literature analysis and content analysis are adopted to collect the literature related to the activity of one division and one lesson,to sort out the research status,to determine the overall framework of the study,and to systematically elaborate the objectives,organization and content of the "one class and one lesson".Then we use data analysis,experience summary,investigation and interview and network observation to study the overall situation of the analysis activities nationwide,the scale of the provinces and cities,the problems encountered in the process of teacher participation,teachers' opinions and suggestions on activities,and some situations of the living platform.The achievements of the activities have been summarized,and a large number of high quality education resources have been collected,as well as the problems existing in the current implementation,such as the lack of teachers' participation,the lack of coordination of the quantity and quality of the sun,the inadequate design of the platform,the insufficient balance of the development of the provinces and cities,and low frequency recording is not good enough.Finally,through the existing problems in the current situation of activity practice,this paper further analyzes and discusses the relevant solutions and suggestions for the optimization of development from the four aspects of activities related programs,teachers' ability,activity platform and school environment.It is hoped that the conclusion of this study can be used for reference and guidance for the education administrative department,teaching and research department and the electrical and educational equipment department to carry out the "teacher class" activities.At the same time,it can provide some ideas and suggestions for the better achievements of the participation of schools and teachers.
