With the development of society and the modernization of national governance capacity,and driven by the transformation of government functions and roles,the demand of the government for purchasing services is increasing,and the social demand for the quality and quantity of social work professionals is further increasing.The research object of this study is the community social workers who take the community as the working platform and the personnel relationship in the social work institutions.The current situation of their professional identity is investigated and analyzed,so as to optimize and improve the strategies to enhance the professional identity of community social workers.This study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the professional identity of community social workers in Chongqing.The paper also analyzes the factors influencing the occupational identity of community social workers.At the same time,a representative community social worker is selected from the interviewers for case intervention,which is helpful to the professional identity of community social workers.Finally,according to the experience of investigation and case intervention,the paper puts forward the corresponding feasibility promotion strategies from four dimensions: career goal identification,professional emotion identification,occupational value identification and career prospect identification.This study mainly studies the professional identity of community social workers from the perspective of the main body,and the results show that the overall average score is 3.07.Among them,the average of career goal identity is 3.51,the average of career emotion identity is 2.81,the average of career value identity is 2.42,and the average of career prospect identity is 3.54.In the perspective of community social workers' family members and social perspective,the average value of career identity of community social workers is 2.42 It's not too high.There's room for improvement.It is found that there are significant differences in the professional identity of community social workers in terms of age,education level,position and professional qualification;at the same time,it is found that the three external factors of welfare,important others and promotion space also have a great impact on the professional identity of community social workers.Finally,according to the investigation and case intervention,the corresponding promotion strategies are put forward from four dimensions: increasing the publicity of community social work to enhance the professional goal identity;strengthening the professional knowledge and skills training to enhance the professional emotional identity;strengthening the professional value education of social work to enhance the professional value identity;improving the welfare and improving the promotion mechanism to enhance the professional prospect identity.
