Technological innovation promotes economic development,and the study of the STEM literacy structure can analyze the status of STEM literacy from both internal links and external indicators,thereby promoting the development of students' STEM literacy,and thus promoting my country's scientific and technological innovation and training of scientific and technological talents.STEM literacy structure is composed of STEM cognition,STEM understanding,STEM knowledge and STEM skills,including external performance structure and internal connection structure.Judging from the literature and STEM education practice: At present,there is insufficient empirical research on teachers' STEM literacy structure,so this research is necessary.The main research object of this article is: primary school science teachers,the reason is that the development of students' STEM literacy requires the corresponding teachers,that is,primary school science teachers have STEM literacy.The research method mainly uses interview method,questionnaire method and literature method.The main content of the research has four parts: 1.Study the theory of STEM literacy,analyze the structure of STEM literacy,and obtain two structural indicators of STEM external performance and internal connection.2.Sort out the literature on STEM literacy,compile a questionnaire on the STEM literacy of primary school science teachers,and investigate the STEM literacy status of primary school science teachers in Yunnan Province,that is,the STEM literacy status of external performance structure and internal connection structure.3.In the study,use SPSS to perform reliability and validity analysis on all data items,use descriptive analysis to study the external performance structure of STEM literacy,and use structural equation models to analyze the internal connection structure of STEM literacy.4.Perform descriptive analysis and propose corresponding countermeasures to the external performance structure of STEM literacy,analyze structural equation models,and propose corresponding countermeasures to the insufficient internal connection structure.The theories adopted include STEM education theory,teacher professional literacy development theory,the relationship between elementary school science education and teacher STEM literacy theory.The conclusion of the study: The external performance structure of STEM is inadequate in four aspects: cognition,understanding,knowledge,and skills,and the internal connection structure also has certain problems.The main influencing factors are hardware,software,and specific factors.In response to the above deficiencies,make suggestions:Proposed from the aspect of external performance structure: fulfilling requirements and promoting overall development;multi-party assistance to improve STEM literacy.From the aspect of internal connection structure,it is proposed to promote the deep integration of STEM cognition and skills;deepen the understanding of STEM and skill connection with human factors as the core.Research characteristics and innovations: STEM literacy structure is divided into STEM literacy external connection structure and internal connection structure,and the internal connection structure of STEM literacy is analyzed according to the statistical model of structural equation model,which can measure internal relations,to verify its interdisciplinarity.
