| The 2017 edition of the 2020 revision of the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools clearly points out that "the development of Chinese students’ core qualities is the embodiment and refinement of the Party’s educational policy".Public participation is one of the core qualities of ideological and political discipline.Cultivating teenagers’ public participation literacy is "beneficial to them to understand the procedures of democratic management,experience the value of democratic decision-making,feel the role of democratic supervision,enhance their awareness of public morality and participation ability,and pursue a higher moral realm".Instructional design is a necessary preparation for classroom teaching and a key step to ensure that teachers carry out their teaching activities in class.Instructional design is an implementation strategy based on the organic combination of teaching contents and teaching objects and the selection of appropriate teaching methods to achieve teaching objectives.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,studying and implementing each link of teaching design can reflect the specific requirements of the new curriculum concept,improve the teaching effect of ideological and political class,promote the achievement of teaching objectives,and realize the cultivation of public participation quality.Under the guidance of Marxist theory of "all-round development of human beings",discipline core literacy cultivation theory,advance organizer strategy and other ideological theories,the design of high school ideological and political classroom teaching is carried out to implement the cultivation research of public participation literacy.This study is conducive to the realization of the goal of cultivating public participation literacy,promoting the teaching content to be more life-oriented and active,and enhancing students’ awareness and ability of public participation.Based on the four core elements of classroom teaching content,object,target and condition,the study has three teaching cases,including "always adhering to the people-centered system","grass-roots people’s self-governance system" and "all people abiding by the law",and combined with the basic requirements of teaching design.Analysis to carry out the teaching high school thought political lesson of public participation in literacy must adhere to in the design of student participation,the default behavior,thematic teaching design principles,background,the formation of public participation in oriented analysis teaching practice oriented design the teaching process,the leading value oriented evaluation of teaching effect of the design process. |
