"Education is the great plan of the state and the Party." To revitalize the nation,the countryside must be revitalized.Rural teachers have become an important indicator and symbol to evaluate the level of social mobility and social equity in China,and rural education has become one of the important indicators of China's rural revitalization strategy aimed at "the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development".Realizing the "Two Centenary Goals" and realizing the Chinese Dream of great national renewal,in the final analysis,depends on talent and education.In order to promote balanced development among youth culture learning and sports and promote the healthy growth of teenagers,perfect personality,temper will,cultivation of art comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors,must grasp the demand of The Times,strengthen the construction of rural primary school physical education teachers teaching staff,promote village primary school physical education teachers professional development.In this paper,under the above background,using literature method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,from two aspects of the basic situation,work and professional development of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhengzhou City,the professional development of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhengzhou City was investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The education level of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhengzhou meets the national regulations and requirements,and the age structure and title structure are relatively reasonable,but the proportion of physical education teachers with high education level and high title is relatively low.2.The teaching workload of PE teachers is large,and the salary of PE teachers is lower than that of other subjects teachers.3.Physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhengzhou have a high degree of understanding of professional development,but there are differences in age structure and educational background structure.The scientific research ability needs to be improved,especially the physical education teachers with junior professional titles are not strong in scientific research motivation and lack of scientific research output.4.The physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhengzhou have a correct professional attitude and stable professional responsibility.But there are also some unstable factors,some physical education teachers have the idea of job-hopping,the main reason is low income treatment,workload,promotion of professional title is difficult,low status factors.5.Physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Zhengzhou have a high demand for continuing education training,but their satisfaction with the current training effect is low,which is manifested as simple training content,single model and poor practicability.At the same time,the school's recognition of PE teacher training is also low.
