Abstract/Summary:
According to the Party’s nineteenth report:the main contradiction of our society has changed.People’s growing need for a better life and the development of an unbalanced and inadequate development has become increasingly prominent.On this basis,people’s yearning for a fair and quality education is more urgent.As the first productivity of education,the professional development level of teachers is related directly to education quality of the new era.In the background of cultivating the core quality of primary and secondary school students,art teachers bear the important task of students’ aesthetic education.Primary school phrase is the key period for students to develop aesthetic quality and creativity.What is the current level of professional development of art teachers in rural primary schools?By what factors?How to promote their professional development?The answers to these questions have a direct impact on the cultivation of primary school students’ core quality,which is related to promoting the comprehensive development of education.A large number of research results show that,with the supplement of professional art teachers,the art education of urban schools has been effective and the development of rural schools is not optimistic.The quality of rural art teachers is generally low,which severely restricts the implementation of new curriculum reform and the development of rural art education.Based on the rural primary school teachers of fine arts as the research object,on the basis of international comparison to construct the teachers’ professional level measurement,the questionnaire and interview of rural elementary school fine arts teachers in X city in Jiangxi province showed that the current rural elementary school fine arts teacher’s professional knowledge level is low,with less training opportunities,low levels of education subject status,non-scientific evaluation methods.Through further regression analysis,it is found that the professional development of art teachers in rural primary schools is restricted by a series of external factors.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found in the analysis.This article is divided into five parts:Introduction,introduction of the reasons,research purposes,concept definitions and research ideas of this study:The first chapter,a review of literature;The second chapter,the differential analyses the development level of teachers in gender,region,age and academic qualifications,and analyzes the factors influencing the development of the professional development of the art teachers in rural primary schools,and we use multivariate regression analysis to carry out quantitative analysis of the factors influencing the professional development of art teachers in rural primary schools;The third chapter,summarize and analyze the factors that influence the professional development of art teachers in rural primary schools.The fourth chapter,puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to the research.
