| The phenomenon of school bullying has been around for a long time,and it also happens in middle and high schools in China.Middle school students are in adolescence,the knowledge structure is not yet sound,psychological quality to improve,the analysis and judgment of things is relatively limited,coupled with the school,family,society and other support system is not sound,so school bullying seriously affects the healthy growth of young people.This study consists of two parts.In the first part,a questionnaire survey was carried out among 3153 middle school students in two high schools in Shanxi Province,and the peer bullying scale,suicide possibility scale and emotion-social loneliness questionnaire were used to measure.The effective sample number was 2819.In the second part,a case study of a middle school student who was bullied was carried out by using the professional and technical methods of social workers.The results are as follows:First,on the whole,school bullying is common among middle school students.Specifically,the rate of boys being bullied is significantly higher than girls.The rate of being bullied by junior high school students was significantly higher than that of senior high school students,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.001).Second,female students score slightly higher than male students on the questionnaire of suicidal ideation.The grades with the highest and lowest suicidal ideation scores were sophomore and junior,respectively.Third,there is a general loneliness among middle school students,and there is no significant gender difference.The highest and lowest scores of loneliness were in the second and first grade of high school,respectively.Fourthly,there was a significant positive correlation between school bullying,loneliness and suicidal ideation(P <0.01).Fifthly,loneliness plays a mediating role in the relationship between school bullying and suicidal ideation.School bullying can directly affect suicidal ideation,and it can also indirectly affect suicidal ideation through loneliness.Professional case based on the above mechanism,this study applied practice targeted for supporting service object to carry out social work intervention,found that the intervention of social work practice in junior middle school students bullying problems indeed help,case in loneliness score(35 points)significantly lower than in the former(85points),after intervention suicidal ideation(13)is also significantly lower than the score before intervention(36 points).The cases felt more confident and dared to face all kinds of difficulties,which proved that the intervention of social work had a satisfactory effect on reducing the loneliness and suicidal ideation of middle school students and promoting the healthy growth and development of middle school students. |
