With the development of social economy,in recent years,weariness has become the most common and most difficult phenomenon among many learning disabilities among teenagers,which has become the culprit of the increase of the rate of truancy and dropout.Learning weariness not only causes great harm to the physical and mental health of teenagers,but also leads to frequent family conflicts.Going far,it is also related to the fate of the rise and fall of the nation.The author aims to focus on the phenomenon of youth weariness,try to close contact with teenagers weariness and use professional background to influence,hope to use the relevant theories and skills of social work intervention,to effectively correct the youth weariness behavior and youth social work development direction to provide a beneficial attempt.In the current research at home and abroad,most scholars advocate the reform of the education system,but a scientific system and effective operation system needs time,and it is difficult to achieve in a short term.Social work’s special professional attributes based on practical research can just fill the lack of weariness in practical research.This research topic is carried out with the theme of "social work intervenes teenagers’ weariness".Through interviews and questionnaires,the current situation of teenagers’ weariness in Y counseling institutions is investigated,and the current situation and performance of teenagers’ weariness in Y counseling institutions are analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed.On this basis,social work intervention is carried out on typical cases under the guidance of the theory of resilience.According to the social construction model of resilience theory,the targeted social work intervention program is developed,which can be divided into three stages:Deconstruction "problem"-construction art-refactoring life force,is the ultimate goal of intervention to help director through constructing art force achieved with conventional behavior to replace its unconventional behavior,to realize the transition from "learning" to "learning",and finally discusses art force under the guidance of the theory of social work intervention teenagers disgusted with the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages.This subject is to use social work methods and theory of intervention to adolescents in the field of learning,discusses the social work intervention teenagers disgusted with advantages and disadvantages,through to the teenagers themselves,families,schools and resource integration and to meet the demand of the teenagers diversified services for the purpose of,hope to be able to provide future researchers a new ideas and perspectives,Moreover,it provides good experience and inspiration for the professional development of adolescent social work.
